Is it just me, or is it a taurus thing?

Basically - in every love interest/relationship I have always been the one to give more ALWAYS the more attentive one and I haven't yet someone who is equally as attentive as me and it annoys me to hell, seems being nice doesn't get you anywhere.

Not the case. I am a Taurus guy and currently in that situation. I take the time... I make the time. I try my best for her, I treat her like a lady and spoil her once in a while and recently... I don't get jack...

So there is your answer 😛

Oh man, sorry to hear that :/ to make it worse, when they don't treat you as an equal and keep apoligising I just kind of blow it off when im boiling inside but I had hurting people so I can't be mean or straight up which sucks.

That's crazy! All that and nothing back? That alone will have me spoiling you like crazy.

The Taurus tried to push my boundaries (in friendship) for a year. He can now see I don't play like that. As his feelings increased so did his willingness to do things for me, make things convenient for me. I reward him by being very thankful, and I do travel to see him when it is safe/reasonable. I prefer balance, but for the guy to be a gentleman. He was not behaving this way at first which is why I did not date him till he grew up a bit....An immature Taurus will think you are there to serve him. A mature one is the opposite- very much embodying the fairytale prince.

I am finding the bull in my life to be spoiled. Lol
I tell him daily how I feel for him and that he's on my mind I try to be there for him emotionally more than anything. We are doing the LDR thing right now.
He's coming from a pretty rough previous relationship so. .I'm trying to make him comfortable.
He's struggling a bit financially so I try to encourage him there too.

I really want him to know and understand that he can lean on me and that I'm here for him.

Yes, that is something that really is difficult for us. We know people care and can help us, but it is really difficult to just let go and ask for help. Some will say it is pride or whatever, but I think inside we are all like that. Even your shadow leaves you when the lights go out... I have to learn this as well cause I fear that it might cause problems between me and my Scorpio love interest (although I should probably first get her by my side lol)

I am also a giver. My mom used to warn me about it, always saying that I give to much and that I should stop. But this has never changed, this is me. I get burned, but someday I'll get the girl who does appreciate it and I would be allowed to be me never changing, but just pushing on FTW! hehehe

(Off topic, and I don't mean to hi-jack but for a long time my Scorpio love interst used to tell me how much she appreciates what I do for her and the fact that I am there for her. Even this has now stopped :/ Bad thing? I hope not, she is to important to me... anyway...)

wha so many comments! I appricate all of them, I guess it is a taurus thing and it is lovely some people have considered our trades I guess some people understand our insecurities for being somewhere stable I mean if I am flakey with someone I will panic like mad until they are at a solid level. But I do agree with pride, I have alot I mean my mum is an aries (As well as my love interest haha) but ive learnt alot through her, that our signs are quite similar although she is a fire, the same stubbornness lingers just they seem to be more independent

I require a great deal of space in my relationships.

I move slow (yes, even with a Venus in Aries...🙂)

I assess and sum up a potential partner before I give them my all.

So don't be too demanding of my time and attention if you haven't proven yourself worthy.

I settled a lot in my past relationships, craving stability and security, complacency, and being too lazy to embark on the prospect of a new, fulfilling relationship.

This has changed.

You bulls and this space that you ALL want! How is that going to work that you require such a great deal? My bff is a Taurus and she is the same way. I told her that she needs to work on that because that will send signals that are confusing for others to understand. She knows and still has her insecurities but she is now engaged to a Capricorn man and has discovered he is everything she wants. Find a cappy guy!

Yeah I agree with you, I just want to be appreciated alot of the time I guess just some people I think work differently and somtimes are selfish and thoughtless without realising maybe?
Im quite tough in the exterior but im very squidgy and soft inside, I can take alot of things personally but act like I don't give a damn.

Dont feel bad, I have Venus in Aries, and I move slow also
But I quit showing my appreciation when I'm not getting back, I use to spoil my guy, but now, it has to be even, he can't have it all his way, I want some too

im an Aries and I feel the same way...dont think its a sign thing
