Leo...there's your problem. His big fat EGO won't leave...it's not his taurus, Taureans typically don't cheat but Leo's are notorious for it...in my experience anyway. If you leave him, his grand idea of you can't live without him blah blah ego will deflate.

i don't even know how divorce situations work though you both have to agree on it?
if there is nothing legal and civil you can do you might have to resort to negative things to hurt him to get him to leave.

Before when I first found out I forgave him because I simply didn't want her having him as she would rub it in my face that he wanted her and I was just jealous and how he doesn't love me, but now I see that she's an evil cow and he's a good for nothing so and so. Plus I'm 23 years old I got married really young I did expect this and prior to our marriage I asked him if this was a commitment he really wanted. I shouldn't have been so naive and should have just never took it this far with him, now he's allowed this female to feel like she's better than me and she's got him and he loves her and not me. Can't blame her really.
i agree that you may have to get police. you might not want more drama but it's the only way to get him out.
it's not about his leo placements. i am leo and i have never even considered cheating. it's about his values. sure there are different reasons why people cheat. and not wanting to go is being stubborn because he has a good thing, he has it all his way while you suffer. that is not about him being leo either, that is about him being a jerk.
cheating is selfish. i was with an aries for years. and again it's not that he was an aries but that he was very selfish. aries and i were almost always in conflict. he was controlling and abusive. i was afraid of repercussions if i left and he refused to go. when i reached breaking point, i ended relationship. i didn't have to call police. he knew i knew about his cheating when he showed up after work. but if i had had to call police, i would have done it. it's actually funny now but i called the other woman and told her she could have him but he was no prize. by clearing the way for her, she was able to get her hooks in him nice and deep and he went peacefully thinking grass was greener on other side. only 2 weeks and he was begging to come back. by then i felt stronger just being physically away from him. and i stood my ground.
do whatever you have to do to get away from this guy. if there are repercussions, get help to keep him accountable for his behavior towards you. stubborness is a trait many signs have. but basically he has a good thing and he knows it. why change if you don't have to? leaving would mean making changes he doesn't want to make. you have to take control of your life and make the change for yourself. you can do it.
if you can take what he has dished out so far, you have reserves of strength you haven't tapped yet.

He hated that I had a good job before and tried to make me leave it and to depend on him haha. I've started to have a social life now which is another thing he despises, of course the "I know you're out there cheating" accusations come in now lol.
That whole you can't live without me thing is the scariest thing at first but over time its like yawwnnn ok what else do you have? Id try to have a civilized conversation, if that doesnt work it automatically goes into me not having much to say (some call it the deathly silent treatment) then it'd get ugly, pack the bags...change the locks....call the cops...call yah momma.... you're going to get out of my life. I think the thing that stopped my leo from torturing me was actually having a life without him and doing a lot better than I was with him lol

If he has his socks in pairs, leave one of each pair and get rid of the other.
Find a genre of music he despises, and then play it.
When he loses it.
Don't call the police.
Call the nuthouse, they will come and fetch him for you.
