The OP is a homosexual, and life is difficult for us when we don't know about our interest's sexual orientation. My Gaydar only works when I'm NOT interested in the person, for example.

I may initiate contact sometimes, show up and spend time with certain people but it doesn't mean anything other than platonic...like I said...some have a tendency to lead people on without being completely aware of it. When they are aware of it they can't help doing that because it is in their nature to do so.

Just keep up going with the flow and enjoy your time with how things are going.
