this is called leading someone on and taking advantage of their feelings.

Does accepting a date constitute that you have the same intention towards a romantic direction?

Is it morally wrong to lead someone on & taking advantage of his interest in you knowing well you have no feelings for the person? What if you have made it clear yet he still pursue you?

There is no way to justify using someone's feelings for selfish gain. The feelings of others are not for your entertainment unless it's on screen or stage.
