How do you Taurus woman deal with stress.
*small rant*
I've been extremely stressed lately and I don't know how to deal with it. From moving, work, car issues, bf issues, and a lot more. And I honestly feel like saying f*ck everything and giving up.
I don't like telling people about my problems because I never seem to get the response I'm looking for which makes me more upset. I just let them sit until I feel like I'm over it but I know that is unhealthy mentally and physically but I really don't know what to do. Any advice?

stressed myself but that's because i'm emotionally touchy and sensitive and any kind of stress cause my brain to burn out.
The way I used to deal with stress.
Be assertive.
Spend Time alone doing relaxing activities (no internet). Reading, Bath, Smooth Jazz, Soft Rock, Nice Sheets, Clean House, Sit outdoors at night, Warm weather.
Make sure my finances are organized and plentiful.

Couldnt agree more on the running and music...
Music is one of the most effective forms ofbstress relief and mood adjustment in my life.
Running or any prolonged cardio has been shown to be more effective than all sorts of meds for stress, anxiety, and depression...
If you are up to join a cardio class, cardio boxing is great for stress. You feel almost euphoric afterwards.
