TAURUS clingy mom?!

She follows me everywhere and wants me to follow her everywhere. She does not give me space, even we share the same bed! And when I moved away from home, she would call 3-4 times a day and gets angry when I do not respond or call her back. Are they clingy because they are overprotective or insecure? I have a Gemini brother that really needs more care than me (I am 19 and he is 9) but why won't she care and concentrate on him?

You're the baby. Probably the only daughter right. Well at least you have a mom who can be your best friend and is protective.. Let her know you are not going to follow other bullshit types of pressure out there, call your damn mom and answer her when she calls, so she doesn't worry about you. And take her out I am pretty sure she is cool..

Yes I am the oldest. I am in university training to become a pilot in another state and she panics when I do not return her calls because sometimes I get too busy. She keeps on emphasizing how I could get raped or killed going out on the night. She doesn't have a job, and I guess that is why she keeps on thinking negative things. Being a Sagittarius I like my freedom and crave for it. I feel like a toddler and I am already an adult now. My little brother is struggling with school and has some own issues but she spends most of her time worrying about me and clinging to me. Do parents have a sentiment or soft spot for first born child? I mean my brother requires a lot of attention from my mom at that young age and craves her attention. Why can't she divert her worries and pay attention to my brother?
