Taurus don't want to end the relationship

Taurus don't want to end the relationship, but not showing enough care, and not contributing to the relationships progress. What to do?

If a taurus ends the relationship. Then ignores you. After a few days asks for some time-not ready to meet up yet?

Will I ever hear from him again? Or if he has decided it's the end and is so cold is it the end?

It's funny/strange because I'm always the one that says to take some time apart and I do. I'm trying to show him that if he doesn't even want to take a little step in the right direction for the relationship then it's best for us not to see each other and give him time to think. But I feel like he's only giving me the time instead of him giving himself time to think. He will text me every day till I reply back then says he misses me and wants to see me but I don't want to see him. Making it seem like I'm the one that don't want to be with him. I just feel that he just don't get it. Till last night but he still wants to see me and I think it's better for us to be apart and he works on himself without me there but he doesn't want that. He wants me next to him he wants my support. Is this a Taurus or not because it's not really what I've been reading about Taurus man.
