TaurusLadies:what's your experience with Virgo me

I've started dating my first Virgo and I'm wondering if any other Taurus ladies can give advice on this strange astrological fellow. He's very withdrawn at times, but then clingy other times...
Never really been close to one, so maybe not much connection?
I've been dating a virgo guy for about 4 months now, and I can honestly say he's the best guy I've met!!! One of the greatest things about them is the way that you can discuss your relationship in a logical way! It's great!!! They can be weird though, in a way that's really hard to describe. Like when we first met, he played it ULTRA-cool. Like he'd wait about week before texting me again, but he's not like that anymore! And I wasn't too fussed at the time cos I was dating other people, and after about 2 months (2 months!!) we actually finally went out on a date and have been together ever since! And I've not bothered with anyone else either. It's like I've met a kindred spirit! Maybe it's 2 earth signs being together, you've got no one thinking you're boring ha ha!!! I'd say it's a good match, just spell out to him what you want using your Taurean charm and humour and things should be ok!!! Winking
Here's my problem. I got vibes from him that he wasn't interested. The last night we were together, we hung out and watched TV...we were a little affectionate, but no kissing...suddenly he stopped his affection and it made me feel weird.
Well, the next day I sent a ficticious email to him pretending to be someone else. In the email, I asked him if he was seeing anyone, etc. and he replied that he wasn't and that he'd love to get to know me (thinking I was someone else).
Well I called his bluff on this and told him that I wished him luck with things, etc. He got a bit upset and said that we weren't exclusive and if he wanted to talk to others while he got to know me better, then he didn't see aproblem in that.
So I screwed up I know, but now I'm regretting it because I acting way out of my character.
