What are your Goals for 2014?

I know it's early but for 2014 I want to start early. I not entirely sure of all of my goal for the next year and wanted to get some ideas from you guy or at the very least get my brain churning in the right direction. So....What are you're goals.

p.s. my goals so far are all money related.(i.e. have zero debt and earn a six figure income).

My main two goals are money (clear all of the debt and earn some huge amount) and studies.

A whole different take on life for the upcoming 2014. I already know that things will take a whole different route. A drastic change is in for me. Wish me luck.

Finish my album. Move out of this city. Live alone (or with boyfriend only).
Make a higher salary or leave to another job. Visit another country.
Visit Cali.

The main positive "slap to the face" (for a change resistant Taurus that is) would be taking a whole different educational course + moving from my town to the capital city. I'm really looking forward to it even though it will butcher my free online time. I'll probably have to put all this down for a year or so. 2014. better be nice to me. 😭

in 2014 i forseen poor economy so I am financially ready to shop on fire sale
and as well moving to build a business in a 3rd world country

other then that I wanna prey for a gf so I will have companion to travel to Europe together

and my mom been nagging me to get a partner to get married asap
probably i will directly get a grandchild for her

I am pretty proud of myself this year. I wanted to be more social and I did it! I need to continue this trend for next year.

For 2014 I really want to get physically fit. In the typical Taurean manner I have become very lazy, especially this year. I want to be far more fit and in better control of my body! I want to be able to climb a rope, do a cartwheel and perform handstands damn it!

I also want to start applying for my doctorate. I have played around and saved a bunch of money the past two years, now its time to get back to my favorite place in the world: academia (le sigh!)

Congrats, Tora. I know how hard it is to be social when it doesn't come naturally.

Learn how to ride a bike... I think it's sad at my age that I haven't gotten it yet 😆, tried when I was a kid but I had very mean cousins (only child so I spent a lot of time with cousins... They were assholes back then lol)
grow hair out as well (I WANT ERYKAH BADU'S HAIR!)
Change around my finically situation (I need my car)
Travel (want to the cape for my birthday with a group of people... This time go ALONE!
Most important spend more time soul searching, (I'm at this awkward stage with myself, beginning of 2012 I was feeling really good about my future, now I feel unbalanced, I want to work to get that back and honestly fall... completely in love with myself, screw men! I always have this lonely nagging feeling...)

I can't ride a bike either. Travel is always good but why by yourself? what happened on the last trip? As for the soul searching, I think its pretty normal to start questioning your life at your age. Hope you find the answers you're looking for.

Taurus' who else here is obsessed with Fitness & Aesthetics?

I used to be obsessed with my body and staying healthy and fit a LONGGGG time ago. Now I just want to lose a few pounds and be in cardiovascular shape.

I feel like this last year of my life has been one of transition. I realized I wasn't over my Ex...or rather...I never forgave myself for allowing someone to treat me like crap. More so I'm in a relationship with a great guy (an aquarius) but I don't know if he's the one....I'm also a veteran who's been out the military for almost a year and some change and I've yet to decide on a career path or what I want to do with my life I just know I HATE COLLEGE!!!!

So I decided I need to take a break with my current boyfriend and focus on finding myself again.

Can I admit to you guy.....I'm soooooooo scared!! But most times in my life when something life changing happened it started with me facing a fear.

So 2014 is hopefully going to be a year of progression for me, get myself out of this funk I've been in all this year!

meh... the cape trip was my birthday weekend and around the same time I broke up with my ex... I went to get away from the house, there was too much going on there and I didn't want to get involved just relax for a bit. It was a very complicated few months leading up to it and even after 😆. Originally I was thinking about just going by myself and saying fuck it! let it be a gift to myself, maybe even do a little of that searching, but then I would have been really bummed out 😆.

As far as rediscovering myself...I'm heading back home to D.C to be around my family. I feel like being in my current relationship is holding me back from discovering myself again, it's hard to try to focus on yourself as well as focus on the needs of your partner. So like I said my plan is to be back around my family without the pressures that come with being in a relationship. I want to focus on school, change up my education plan to something art related. I've been toying with the thought of web design, audio engineering, or maybe even interior design.

I feel like my life this year has been driven by MONEY and as much as I love money it's never been something that I've fended over. Money comes and goes, but what I need is security and I don't have that, nor will I until I get myself together.
