I've noticed this as well. I've also noticed that they were more talkative on the phone rather than in person. Could have just been the ones I've run across though.
I am way more talkative on the phone. Just less body language getting in the way; I can concentrate better. Its more mind-to-mind.
Also very shy around people I like. As said, I think its common to most though.

Really, I think it kinda depends on the attraction. If the attraction is just mainly physical, I'm less shy. If I'm physically attracted and I actually *feel* something, like a strong emotional pull towards the person, it is often just overwhelming.
Bulls will use the shyness to get you to make the move sometimes though. Since women obviously pick up on the fact that the shyness *is* in light of attraction, the signaling is there, and certain types of women are emboldened by that, think its cute, find it flattering, it renders the male less intimidating, etc. Thus they are more likely to approach/pursue (which is really our goal).

So what happens when the shy/awkward Bulls develop feelings for a shy girl/guy? Since Bulls prefer to be chased, are they ever emboldened to do the chasing or to make the first move? What's it take to get you to chase?

Before we're together my Bull and I...he had a one side crush on me for months... but he was soooo in control of his emotions... We are litterally sitting next to each other at work... but he never really turn and look at me or talk to me. Then one day, I had an important meeting after work and didn't have time to go home to change... so I wear a really nice red dress. At the beginning everything seems normal... then I suddenly received a text message saying "Just wanna tell you, you look good in red! I have a really hard time keeping my eyes off you" That was the first time he ever actually compliment/flirt with me. It was very sweet and cute. Then a few days ago... I wore a red blouse... and throughout the whole day he keep turning around to stare at me... and as soon as I turn around and look at him... he turn away quickly as if nothing happened lol. I really love it.
It frightens them. I sent him a pic when he was away red lipstick/red dress.
And he sent a super flirty text back saying that red would get me in trouble.
Then we got in a fight this month bc I wore red lipstick and he wouldn't stand close to me or kiss me because of it. He said it was "abrasive" . LOL
What a nut. I was the kind that doesn't rub off.
Yet a month later he forgot it offends him and kissed me with it like that never happened..

Their shy because they like them, their scared to get hurt, scared to show their feelings, vulnerability, afraid to say or do the wrong thing, and their busy studying and analyzing them.
If its somebody you don't have any interest in then it really doesn't matter what they think. They can't hurt you because you don't care. It's easy to be yourself around them.

red gets me everytime. in fact i percieve it as so attractive, that when I lock a girl down, I prefer for her not to wear red. I get jealous and make slightly accusatory jokes about her looking for attention.
But this is universal to all men from what i've read. Psychology Today had an article on it recently.

then she goes in the bin labeled ''harem''. hahahah....But if theres an emotional pull and its strong, for me anyway, a girl doesnt have to be all that physically attractive. i will settle for just cute. The strongest love Ive had in a relationship was with a girl who was just cute, not someone I wouldve turned my head to look at at all. and this grew out of a really close friendship...

depends on the girl. some shy/awkward people are simultaneously really strong and intimidating. their shyness causes them to be very guarded/closed off in their demeanor/body language. Capricorns and to some extent Scorpios come to mind. but a shy/awkward Virgo is something completely different. much more willing to be vulnerable and much more approachable. I just was mentoring a Virgo like this at work today. so cute and kind with her nervous little smile....I thought I would definitely bag her up if I wasnt in a relationship. key I think with bulls is we r insecure and cant handle rejection at all so even if u r shy, u really have to signal your attraction to us so we know there isnt risk. there are so many ways to do that.
so, physical attraction < emotional pull/passion....right?

That's me and my Taurus guy, I'm a Cappy and he is very shy around me (as I am with him sometimes) and has stated that I intimidating which I am not sure as to why. 😉

bulls are toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow for someone like me (gemini sun+moon) but all the more worth it 🙂 so im going to wait for him
I don't know why it is but I'm definitely shy around any woman that I like, or one who's just beautiful to me. I always have been. I think vulnerability has a lot to do with it, I don't like being vulnerable, and I don't want to be hurt or shot down. I'll usually give a very good poker face and they won't have any clue, meanwhile inside im so rattled by being in their presence.
How would they react and feel if a woman, having been with a shy Taurus man one day; then meet the Taurus again, now being the opposite of shy. Would there be any detrimental results?
what i find with taurus men and taurus woman like myself is that, when we are around those that we have strong feelings for...we become...quiet...shy...different... Sometimes my feelings inside are so complex and just want to burst out of my chest...but i do keep my poker face....calm face of mine...or if i can't stand it i will just walk away....however if i act to you like everyone else's then sorry to say... you are just one of the others...nothing special... Yupppp you have him....but the whole distance thing is killing it. He is thinking long term and in taur world you cant have a longterm relationship unless you are physically with them?? Im not sure :/
U liking his calm/cool side is probably becuz of your venus gem you have guys falling all over you, trying to make you theirs but he is the opposite i guess and its refreshing LOL 😛 and you like it hehe

You are probably right when it comes to my venus in gemini. HIs two sides are so different! him being super talkative(leo moon) ...with others and me sometimes but when it comes to close contacts ..affection or the way he looks into my eyes...its so cool...and makes me melt like a 5 year old because there are things hidden behind his eyes like ( You are mine...and you belong to me... ...)... its so god damn sexy..
I never had any guy made me feel that way before....I am usually a talkative person myself but he makes my cheek go red...and shy...awwww its so amazing we are together... even the most recent time we met... he was so stubborn...and it made me fall for him even more!!!
