if you've been dating for some time and you've been coming and going to his place but you don't leave anything behind except for a toothbrush but the next week you came over... toothbrush is gone!

then when you ask him about it he tells you that it's on top of his drawer.

wtf is this? is he trying to hide it? afraid someone might see? is he cheating? once i left a hairpin and he had to text me about it. then after that a small face towel. okay fine but this is a toothbrush and he knows i regularly come over anyway.

i can't trust a gemini moon jfc.

yes it's huge. why do you think i put up with all these? he's got a business back in his home country. he's studying in my country. he's firstborn so his siblings always nag him for money. he's somewhat succesful in comparison to his family. he tells me he's stressed with all that. when i got into a jealous rage, he made me feel as if i'm another reason for him stressing. that's why i'm trying not to stress him.

i'm hoping that without all that stress in the way then things would work out better for us and partly why i can't let him go.

You’re ruining/sabotaging your relationship with this Scorpio. He’s actually taking the time to tell you he’s not like this, you see him on a regular basis, he’s cooking for you.

If he put one out for you or told you to leave one and then moved it, yes that’s weird.

If you want to be exclusive then just do it and trust him. If you can’t trust him then break up. Whether it’s him being shady or you being paranoid or a bit of both, you probably won’t fully know until after you either commit or leave.
