I'd do what I could to explore the physicality of it, including peeing standing up of course.
I'd walk around in public places to see what I detected about people's responses to me that's different than what I experience as a woman.
Hopefully I'd be an attractive man so I could experience what getting attention for that is like compared to what I experience as a female.
And provided I was stronger than I am as a woman, I'd do a few things around my property that are a bit too challenging for my level of strength now. There are some tree parts I would maybe be able to roll/lift to put them into the woods, for example.
