Walk through a high school please. I did. I did not see much "freshness." The key to "freshness" to me is good skin that has not been exhausted by extreme changes in weight or sun exposure which is not age - related.
Also, and please believe... there's no way to now someone's "body count." A 16 year old can have a body count double a 32 year-old... and so on, and so on. I've seen saggy titties on young and old equally. Sagging titties got to do with exercise for the most part. Read some women's magazines or women's health and beauty t.v. shows and magazines. As a woman, I've see saggy titties on both equally. Watch "Botched," LOL. IDK man. To me, it's a lack pf physical fitness knowledge. Some of the stuff you wrote applies to me and I'm not sagging cause of exercise (mainly push ups and bench pressing) all my life. Plus, high density/mass in my breasts. You thought I was going to list ALL the reasons?
Some of the stuff you wrote applies to me and I'm not sagging cause of exercise (mainly push ups and bench pressing) all my life. Plus, high density/mass in my breasts. LOL, no. All thanks to looking at my grandma (who used to be obese and lost weight) and helping her into her massive girdle at a very young age .... She looked better obese (from the pics I saw).
