-Where do you wanna go?

-Where you been?
I’ve no yearnings to travel at the moment but if i did i’d fancy doing a rail journey from switzerland to austria and also a weekend on the Orient Express. I sense that there may be more trips to the USA if and when our Son moves over. Ive visited a few times...Cali, NY and Florida

So far i have spent time in Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Scotland, England, Wales and the USA. My fave place is where i’m living ~ Ireland.

I’ve met people who never travel outside their country of birth...that must feel quite restrictive?
I want to go to all beach towns in every country.

Warm water is preferable.

I’ve been to a lot of places. Mostly beach destinations. Lots of turquoise water and swimming with turtles.

Book travel for 2021 already, let’s see if I get to go.
Was supposed to go on a river cruise, Switzerland, Germany & France early May this year but it was cancelled. I’m always loving to go to beaches, would like to see a lot more!

Have been to England, Scotland, Wales, a few places in Canada, and Mexico and a lot of the the USA. Would like to see so much more!!
I wanna go to Thailand, Morocco, Egypt, Antarctica, Peru, Russia, Denver CO, lake Tahoe NV

I've been to Iceland, Hawaii, the eastern and western coast of US, Toronto, Amsterdam, London, Berlin, Belgium, Aruba, Bahamas, Mexico
I am a bit of a traveler for work and play. I love Manhattan, Coral Gables, Seattle, most of Cali, Utah is gorgeous, but Colorado is a post card in every 360 view is picturesque.

Abroad I was not pleased with London at all, but Hamburg is a place I tend to revisit within a few yrs.

My bucket list currently is Fiji, Morocco, Delft/Amsterdam, and Rhodesia. Should be completed within 6yrs

Have you visited many countries, Sag?

lol Same. I am not even a big traveller but I always wanted to see all beaches around the world and compare them. Just 2 days ago I saw a site that compared the best, worst, most polluted, cheapest, most uncommon beaches around the world. Ad some historical places and nature to it and that's all I am looking for.

I’ve rented rooms with no ac or hot water for $ 25 a night, just to be able to sleep near the beach and wake up and jump in the ocean before breakfast!

I don’t know why people try to wait until they’re older to travel. They lose too many years doing that.

Caribbean places all look the same. But those cheap sites are what helps me pick my destinations. I like places where my money stretches far.

I want to travel and see more of Asia now. I had Bali booked but cancelled it because of the pandemic so I might rebook and go in a couple of years.
I've been to :

Canada

USA

France

Austria

Portugal

Romania

Serbia

Croatia

I wanna go :

Greece : Santorini ♥️

Hungary

Ireland 😍

Turkey

Spain

Maldives

Bali

Thailand

♥️Brazil : Petrópolis - Rio de Janeiro

Argentina

Mexico

USA ( I've been to New York and Miami..) I'd like to go to New Orleans ♥️ ♥️♥️

Travelling has never been as easy and cheap as it is now so I guess many older people are trying to experience that now.

I once slept in an appartement very close to the beach but I had forgotten to get myself a mosquito spray and I left the balcony door open all night - worst night of my life. lol

I think certain places in America are more accessible for traveling the world.

California is a great hub for traveling.

Yeah.

I’ve been to Thailand, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Jamaica, Aruba, curaçao, Turks and Caicos, Italy, Greece, the U.K.

And lots of places in the U.S. like Hawaii, Florida, New York, New Orleans. I’d rather fly outside the country though.

I’m going to Paris and Morocco next year. (1 trip, split destinations)

I’ve been booking trips once a year since I was 17. I try not to go to the same places, but some places I love and frequent, especially if it’s cheap to fly there.

Pre 9/11 all you needed was a birth certificate to travel to Jamaica and last minute flights from California used to be $ 300 round trip. I went every 3-4 months for a week at a time like 4 years straight. Longest I stayed was 3 weeks. It feels like that’s my true home.

I was working at a place that I got 8 weeks vacation pay, so as soon as it accrued, I would book a vacation.

Fabulous! How soon are you allowed to fly again?

We can fly anywhere in the U.S.

We are mostly waiting for other countries to open their borders. I’m flying somewhere in 2 weeks but it’s within my state.
I've been to at least 47 states and all major cities in the U.S. except Miami. I'm going to save that one. After I enjoy what Cali has to offer for awhile and Miami at some point, I'm setting my sights outside of the U.S. I've never been 🤷🏾‍♂️ That's a problem to me. Preferably South America. Always wanted to enjoy Brazil. Like Rio De Janeiro. Couple places in Africa. Like seeing the pyramids and Sphinx's.

Most likely I'd go around the world to learn. See different museums, landmarks, archeological dig sites, etc. Like where they dug up the bones of the fallen angels. I forget where exactly 🤔 but knowing I'm on sacred grounds is astonishing! Talking to people of significance from the area or hearing stories from the lands. I might fuck around and make my own docu-series 😂🙄

Of course I'd have fun too, but that's also fun to me as well.
I didn’t travel outside my own country until I was 20. Our lad is 21 and has visited 6 or 7 countries already. Him and some of his friends plan on living abroad

There’s something about hearing a different language that is fascinating to me

Big wide world out there!

Been to Paris, Merida, All over Tunisia, Bronx, NY, Austin TX , Plattsburgh & Blackburn VT, Boston, various areas in Canada.

Want to explore more of TX, GA and AZ, but the US seems less and less a place I want to see anytime in the next decade.

Want to go to all of the UK, Japan, ride the trans Siberian as well as visit St. Petersburg (once I'm well out of the Forces), HK (hopefully), Jordan, Israel (despite my reservations), Ghana, Malta, Nepal, Vietnam (FOOOOOD), T&T, Tahiti & Maubeuge

Merida in Mexico? I wanna live there 😍
