another thing that i just realized i didn't include in that last post is that some people misconstrue the meaning of what he is trying to say or take certain statements of his out of context so he looks bad.

"Ray Nagin is a huge crook."
No shit, huh? Most politicians are. Tell me something I don't know.
"New Orleans was a cesspool and a mismanaged city before Katrina."
Once again, tell me something I don't know. I'm assuming the ATL is quite quaint when it comes to politics?
"Bottomline, Nagin did have money to build the levies, as to what he did with the money is anybody's guess."
Oh really?! And how, sir, would you know about that? Nagin's a crook; no doubt but New Orleans didn't drown because of just one man. It was the result of three decades of ignorance by both the federal government and the A.C.O.E (who can't be held acountable for anything which is rather a shame).
What pissed me off more than anything while watching my people drown was Bush, Blanco, and Nagin all playing the "blame game" (wasting time) while my people were fuckin' dying.
The way I see it, all forms of government fucked up and have a lot to deal with when comes to "blood on their hands." Why Nagin got re-elected is beyond me. He's a fuckin' clown not unlike George W.
"But Bush is more of a convient blame, since obviously no one wants to touch a two-faced corrupt shyster like Nagin."
Um... I place blame on all involved because ALL fucked up! But when it comes specifically to Bush, yeah, he's the mofo worst president there is and he deserves all the blame he can get. Fuckin deplorable...
"He did change his tune later though, didn't he?"
Yeah, well, I can't help but be thankful that the douchebag came through in the nick o' time...we're all blessed because of it...:::rolls eyes::: Thank you America! Seriously...thank YOUA

Hmm...branh? I don't see anything wrong with him, but I'd like for him to experience his knowledge instead of preaching it from books...this is the ONLY time when branh sounds like a complete idiot to me. This was a while back tho, and I read from him that his belief's changed dramatically since then, so hopefully time filled him full of it.
