I wanted to copy paste it all, but did not do so..
Here are the highlights:

1. Lot of typos
2. Missing sentences
3. Quite detailed with no.s for money amount
4. It seems to include some of his anger
5. Lots of other details - worth visiting atleast once!

I'm still trying to figure out "why" the obssession in the first place.
