What exactly does this mean, in plain speak?

My Libra has a Virgo Moon.. he finds it difficult to verbally express his emotions, but he's clearly hooked on girls who would be more feeling/expressive than he is (what his Virgo Moon and Leo Venus craves) and stir his emotions.. yet not SO emotional as to turn his Libra Sun/Mercury and Cap Rising off.. Clearly... Because 3 of his last 4 serious girlfriends (incl me) were Aqua/Pisces cuspers, and all born the third week of February! (The other was a wild and crazy Sag! lol)
And I HAVE seen major changes in him over the past three years.. I'm not overly emotional, but my ability to FEEL emotions and not just THINK about them has rubbed off on him.. he's become more expressive and less stoic, which he always wanted. But he needed to feel safe enough to do so first, it certainly wasn't automatic.

Most Virgos are shy in nature no matter age or level of maturity and experiences ???bear that in mind they??ll open up gradually?? and it may take some times. We just hate to be ridiculed or embarrassed, judged etc. over things that is most certainly are meaningless to the others.
Sharing/expressing emotions and feelings is not an easy task like pop in to store and ask for what you want and expecting to get it.
Patience, great communications, mental games and stimulation are extremely important when dealing with Virgos, fail to realize these, then you most likely will loose your Virgo.

Thanks Nefer and Qbone for your eloquent explanations and examples. Now, I better understand why it is said that Libra and Virgo are not right for each other. We are both too mental and less emotional than what is best for each other. Wow! Thanks for the shedding of light.
