Difference between an immature virgo/mature virgo?

I have seen comments here on post that Virgo person is you and not yet mature. What is the difference between a Virgo who is mature and on who is not. Around what age does this occur?
Being a Leo, there is a huge difference I see in my Leo ways compared to when I was younger and now.
I agree with Virgoflirt .... I think age, life experiences, work, family, children etc.. all has an impact.
What would I know though? I still love watching cartoons at 33 Winking. Must have been deprived as a kid!

The thing is your not that different now than when you were younger. Your a stable person in mind and body. You always keep on going no matter what does happen but you will think of past problems but they don't get to you. You prolly have a girl friend that you confide in deeply about past things...?
----
I used to bat shit crazy when I was younger but always mature about critical things in life and other matters. Some people will never grow older in age. Always knew what I wanted at the time being.

I totally agree with what you have said. I guess the question I was trying to ask was more self-development.
Examples: Leos are know for our extreme emotions. When we are happy, oh we are so happy. When we are sad, we are so sad. Angry, we a raging. However, let's look at anger. If you get me pissed, the best thing for you is to keep away from me. Give me time to decompress and analyze the situation. SOmetime, I realize I am over reacting. So I became self aware I can have a bad anger streak and I have learned to handle it in a healthy manner instead of my claws coming out and attacking.
Leo's are known for extravagant spending. OK, when I was younger, this would be true. But through life experiences, material pocessions are just that. Material. It is not what is important, a roof over my children's heads, food on the table and save money for our future. I am have become very frugal.
Does that make sense. Those aspects in us that could be construed as potentially negative aspects of us, they could still be there, but we have a better understanding of yourselves and learn how to adjust it. I know most of this comes from life lessons and the willingness to change yourself.

immature virgo= gives criticisms
mature virgo= takes it

Hmm interesting. Does this come with experience of just age? My Virgo Friend is older then me by a few year, hence for these questions.
Also Sand, he has never criticized me. I have known him for a long time, but I friendship has become stronger over the past year. I would say, he gives me compliments. He does call me stubborn,a couple of time, one was when he offered money to me in an emergencies. I said no and I couldn't accept it, I do not like taking Money from people. Told him I don't know if it was Pride or me needing to prove to myself I can get through it, but thanks you. He did say I was stubborn...but I am smile Very head strong and determined.

There's a lot of truth to this. ^^^
I won't try to call myself a "mature" Virgo since I'm not quite done growing up just yet. If I were cookie dough I would still a few more minutes to finish becoming a cookie lol.
I would say that immature Virgos are more emotionally sensitive than the more hardy version of the sign. They're more temperamental and have less control over their emotions. The self-criticism can eat them alive to the point of developing issues with self-loathing. They can be manipulative and exceptionally harsh with their words and observations. Basically all the darker aspects of Virgo.
I tend to think there's also a kind of mid-growth stage that lends credit to the talk about how Virgos can resemble Vulcans. Each time we are emotionally hurt the walls we build around ourselves for protection get thicker and tougher until eventually some of us lose touch with our feelings altogether and run on nearly pure mental energy. But it seems that for some of us, as we age and continue to gain experience, some of that need for self-defense falls away and a more balanced union between the head and heart can be exhibited. The fully mature Virgo represents all the best parts of the sign and can be very selfless, hoping only to love and improve the world around them.

Thank you TheMoodyVulcan. My number one belief, you never stop growing. The moment you do, you might as well die, there is always room for growth and knowledge.Love your your cookie analogy!!
I can see my Virgo friend being what you described above. And I have seen it over the many years I have known him and the stories he has told me about his younger years.
I get that way to with my walls and sometimes it is very very hard to break through them. He IS the same way, through the last year of our friendship, I have seen those walls being chipped away slowly with me. And he is doing the same to me. I can talk about all the things that happened to me and overcame but if it is a current issue I have walls of steel. He has gained my full trust (hard to do) in regards of my inner self and I have shown him my vulnerable side. SO hard to expose my vulnerability to anyone. There was one other person I could and she is my ex BFF. He does show the the best parts of Virgo.

I was curious. You referenced having an anger streak which prompted the curiosity.
Are you considering the Virgo as a potential love interest?

Yes, he is someone I am hoping will develop into something more then friends. I do know where you are going with this. Virgos do not do well with drama of any kind and it can be bad for them. Yes, I do have an anger streak, but it is far under control. It actually takes a lot to get it going now. And if I am that angry (very rarely) I remove myself for any situation until I have a better understanding of why I am angry and it is controlled. I actually prefer a quite drama free life and drama free home.
