Do virgos irritate people.

Not really lol. . .atleast not to me. I dont ever really get irritated though, so i dont know lol.
It takes a lot to get on my nerves as well. I think that is a Pisces thing PP. Things tend to roll off our back b/c we tend to just go with the flow with people. My son (Aries) is always trying to get my goat but most of the time I don't bite. I haven't been around enough Virgos to really know if they get on my nerves. I am still in honeymoon phase with Virgo I am seeing so I think some of the things he does that might be a tad annoying later are "so cute" now....lol

I toy with people from time to time. Intelligent people understand what I'm about and return the favor, sometimes in spades. For myself though, most things roll off my back unless they're intended to be hurtful.
And as far as Virgos being irritating? Not to me. My youngest sister is Virgo and she's never annoyed me a bit.
some virgo women irritate me but not for the reasons Legendary suggested. some of my female virgo friends take themselves way too seriously and hold grudges. some are really laid back but the stuffy and huffy ones frustrate me. i thought i was stubborn but try and point out to a virgo that they're not perfect or put a bowl in the cup cabinet one too many times...not only will you meet opposition, you might not hear from them for a few days...months.
You guys say you enjoy this ...... how nice for you, you have something to feel good about yourselves.

actually, IMHO, virgos are irritating because they're NOT always right. it'd be great if they were. virgos are perfectionists who are the models of imperfection. point out the fallacy that people can be perfect and you don't get a rational response. you get a virgo.
SOME virgo women are very one-sided and explaining to them that their desire for perfection in their mates and friends is irrational b/c they themselves are not perfection, seems to go over their head.
example would be, they give you a gift on xmas...don't accept. because they're not giving willingly. they are in the short-term but in the long-term, all they can think of is what they did for you and what you didn't do for them.
one of my good virgo female friends distanced herself from one of our aqua friend for 2 years...TWO YEARS. but when the virgo was ready to rekindle the friendship, she got upset with the aqua for not letting the past go...after TWO MONTHS. keep in mind, she was holding a grudge for TWO YEARS and she couldn't understand why the aqua wasn't over it in 2 years + 2 months. the aqua was over it at day 2.
aside from the virgo grudge factor, they're the salt of the earth but with it, they aren't worth hello.

Can't say I hold grudges at all. Of course maybe I did before becoming a parent. And I am Virgo with ADD so am definitely not organized and definitely not a perfectionist. I do like to go by the rules, but only if I agree with them🙂I do think my being opinionated can be irritating to some and I try to hold it in sometimes.

I agree with you tubbyscubby, virgo women that are too serious irritate me to no end. Sometimes the guys do the same too.
For example:
When I was washing dishes, the virgo made a comment about the correct way to wash it and tried to force it onto me. I didn't take it, and he was literally pissed. 🙂

OMG! were we separated at birth? 😕 i thought i was simply meeting the same people over and over. i have two aunts who are virgos. one uncle. one nephew. three female friends. and two ex's. the guys seem less grating than the women. one of my aunts and one of my friends are far more laid-back. but of them all....
my best guy friend is a virgo and has absolutely NONE of their typical traits. he's actually funny, extroverted, confident, open, rational, not-spiteful, etc...and he never holds a grudge.
but the rest are just as above described [in varying degrees] and i know it might hurt my virgo friend to read b/c i put her on to this forum BUT i think virgos wouldn't be labeled "the bachelors of the zodiac" if they could figure out that in some cases they're choosing to get rid of bad prospects, in others, they're actually pushing potential mates away due to their...[as described above] personality.
"you take everything so effin seriously!" is a phrase i often hear. it's not my fault that my strings of questions pull the rug out from under them =P
