I do the same thing...it can be very exhausting. Sit there and go over and over everything for days, sometimes weeks (depending on the situation) then once I've either figured it out or just gave up (because there's nothing left to figure out)...then its time to sleep lol
I worry about a lot of things...all three u mention above plus other things. My mind is constantly in ON mode.
That's just me but every Virgo is different
Virgos can spend their time more rational instead of exhausting thinking about some situation. Isn't it more easier to talk openly with the person involved in order to understand the meaning of what was happening? Because "said words" during some sort of situation could be misinterpreted- people often say things they do not mean, or act opposite of what they are feeling. You could loose yourself in interpretation that could be not veritable.
Are you Virgos trying to explain your emotions? Because there is no explanation for them. Love and anger and fear are very simple, it's our mind that perplex them...click to expand

yeah, I tend to do the same thing as well......mind races......no red lights.....or even yellow ones to slow it down...Thank Goodness for Going Green........lmao!
And how does your brain works? To go back to the posted questions: Which questions do you put the most? How do you weight and how you make a decision?
