I would suspect the reason why some think Virgo does not have a soul is because they haven't had the privlege to see it. Meaning, (and as with Scorpio) he has not seen the real you, he pierced beneath your surface, and realized you are not the one to expose his soul to. I should say, instead of "see it", I actually mean FEEL it. By the way, looks has NOTHING to do with the soul. When someone shows their soul (spirit), you've earned it.

That was awesome.

Virgo's have souls - it's passion they lack.

In here, listen to the Virgo's talk. With a love interest, they sit back and come to a conclusion whether someone is worth their time and efforts to move closer.

Love is chaotic, it's a whirlwind of scattered emotions that makes no sense. But, Virgo's don't understand because they are never struck with the surging sensation of passion.

It appears robotic, systemmatic to us because we all "FEEL" this all the way to our inner essence. They don't, they feel nothing in this department, so can only analyze, then come up with a routine that works.

Sean Connery is good example and so is Hugh Grant. In love scenes, they can only act like robots because they don't comprehend because they don't feel it themselves. If you don't feel something, then you can't mimic.

P-Angel "Virgo's have souls - it's passion they lack."

Really?
Other Virgos never feel that overpowering inferno that drives you to want to consume and be consumed by another? The one that will have you ripping at another person with feelings so strong that you want to kill and *f* that person at the same time just to be one with them?

Ok. Maybe I'm just a freak. lol

I was already questioned in the thread "Do we need emotions?" as to whether I was sure I was a Virgo because I have strong emotions.

Oh, I have a soul... or as I often say... if my horse doesn't have a soul, then neither do I. Either we all have souls... all animals... or none of us do.

I have emotions... but many times hold them close. When I'm sad, I may not cry as others do, but instead become depressed, feel low, if it's bad enough, consider sucide... I AM affected, just don't show it the way others do.

I am passionate... not a robot. I don't whoop and hollar... but do show passion. I do express my pleasure verbally during shared passion, but did not start out that way. I had to learn it.

I'm not that exciteable at say... sporting events. I don't jump up and down, cheering etc... but I still enjoy the show.

If I'm having a really good time, you'll see me smiling from ear to ear... maybe giggling a little... that's about as excited as I get outside of sex, LOL... I am not that different internally from all of you, just don't show it so plainly on the outside.

But that is a big downside for Virgos at times... if I was involved in some kind of criminal court case, I'd have to take acting lessons in order to express grief the way you all do, in order to convince the jury that I DID feel grief, LOL... I think you all are so shallow sometimes because you only look for whats on the outside, not on the inside.

I am not quick witted... When insulted, I am stunned. I cannot fire back a snappy reply, so usually make no comment... or make a joke, or reply in an educated calm way... because I am so taken aback, that I cannot say what's on my mind. So many of you others just let fly... everyone be damned... then come back later and say you're sorry for all the mean cruel things you said... I have to think it all over... reason it all out... and come back later and discuss it. Even better if I can write a letter about it... it's the only way I can completely cover all the details.... I know it's tedious to you all, but it's my way... I know my way sucks sometimes, but I am at a loss for any other direction to take.

I avoid eye contact except those I am VERY comfortable with. I tend to look right thru people, or just past them. Even tho in my case, I am six foot two inches tall, weigh two hundred pounds, have long hair and facial hair and would likely scare the crap outta the average person... I am really a gentle giant. I do my best to NOT be intimidating. The safest way to do that is to IGNORE everyone! LOL. I don't want to fight... will only do so if pushed or.. Continued...

Continued... will only fight if pushed or to defend the weak. THen I will fight like a dragon. Few have seen me angry, but when I let go, I become a raging bull... I will put my life on the line for the weak, or myself if I feel my life depends on it.

But so many of you fight for crummy reasons... to make yourselves appear tough to your fellows... or fight to improve your standing in the "herd". I detest that sort of fighting, so avoid it by being non-confrontational. If at a bar having a drink... I ignore everyone except those I'm with... feeling it's the safest way to avoid conflict.

I love music... especially Blues, Jazz and Classical Bagpipe music... sad soulfull music. I also listen to Rock and Roll, Folk, Salsa, so many kinds of music.... and tho I can dance a little... won't do any sort of "spontainous" dancing... I have to take lessons... I hate feeling like a dork out on the dance floor so have to KNOW how to make the moves before I will go out there.

Because even tho I am a big tough dude... inside I often feel like a dork. And the only way to not show that is to be cool and reserved.

But once people get to know me, they find that I'm open and friendly, smile a lot and am fun to be around. But that takes time. I have to feel comfortable with them first... it often happens fast... after a couple hours... all depends.

>Ferghus, you sound a lot like my Virgo husband. Not in looks, but, how you think and feel about stuff. He's a truck driver, too.

Cool. It's cool reading that other V-guys have simular ways. I'm often confused by this Branh dude... he seems so UNlike me that I wonder if he really is a V-guy.

>He's not as socialable, though. He'd never write stuff in a forum like this. Very withdrawn . . but, he has similiar mental processing like you.

I'm a philosopher. Always have been. Have always enjoyed discussion about human nature, god etc... I am a seeker.

I'm not real socialable either... have few friends, but those I have, I hold dear.

I've been online for years, and used to play an MMPORPG... so to converse with others you had to type a lot. I learned to type just in the process of playing that game, LOL... well... Mavis Beacon teaches typing... but did it so could communicate during the game.

I'm 46 years old... and have been around, so like to "teach". My ma often said I would have been happier if I'd been a school teacher. = ) I have a lot of patience, so good at giving and taking advice. I like to share my knowledge.

Interesting that your hubby is a trucker too. I find driving fun. And a challenge. Driving a semi truck is so much more complex than driving a car. There are so many factors to take into account... plus while up so high in the air, you can see so much more of the world around you... it's also easy... and allows me a lot of time to comtemplate the mysteries of the universe. = )

they have as beautiful, amazing souls as anyone else. yes they feel pain, yes they get jealous, etcetcetc like any other human being. only difference is, they're scared to death of that. they are the most analytical, severe, critical, cold people you say? all the more reason they need love. which some virgos dont even believe in. go figure, another of those great ironies. just be massive sadists with them and they'll come around, and show you what a beautiful soul they have indeed.

>all the more reason they need love. which some virgos dont even believe in.

I believe in love, but maybe not in the way some of you do. I have been madly, passionately in love several times.

Was that much in love with a gal back about 1981, and after being late for a date caused her to break up with me, I cried like a baby begging for a second chance, which fell on deaf ears. I never cried like that again for a woman.

I loved my ex completely.. but it only lasted 5 years. Then again with my last lady friend... then 10 years later... poof.

Now I think there is no SPECIAL someone out there for everyone... rather, I think there are MANY special someones. I think there are MANY people who you can have a good life with, tho maybe not PERFECT... at least good. It's better than spending your life all alone waiting, waiting, waiting for that perfect mate to come along.

I think love can grow. I think love is more than that magical tingle you expect... I think someone you like alot, has simular interests, you get along well with, have decent sex with, talk well with... even if you don't feel that magical spark... it could still be a great long term relationship. Love will grow in time. So many people in arranged marriages say this.. so there has to be something to it.

I agree. Plus, it seems that in relationships where there is a lot of spark and an intense attraction . . it also fizzles out just as fast. Seems that the relationships that take time to build, from honesty, trust and respect . . last a lifetime.

What kind of rig do you have? Are you a owner/operator? What do you haul? Are you local, or OTR?

Too many questions? lol

Started out OTR. Drove flat bed. Drove a straight truck for years too... concrete mixer. Now drive for a local Ice company delivering Ice to coldstorage warehouses. It's an International 8600 with a 10 speed Fuller tranny. It's all local runs, usually no more than 350 miles a day, and only 4 days a week. I love it. Was really hard to find a driving job that didn't demand 6 days a week from me.

Never, LOL.

>I kinda do the same by hunkering in the server room - it's bloody cold, noisy, and behind cypher-lock doors...

That can be fun too. I worked for over a year for Chicago International Truck as a computer tech. Sadly, the dealership I worked at, shut down due to work on I-94, and the exit that led to it. That was a sweet deal while it lasted tho... had a lot of fun there.
