I just had a talk with my Virgo interest and I told him that we can only be friends without any physical contact due to his unresolved breakup with his gf. Maybe a better term for this is "seperated" because they are not completely broken up yet. My confusion is, why is he still flirting with me after we had just discussed just being friends? I reciprocated the flirting back because obviously, I am interested in him and I have confessed these feelings to him - and I'm not a very flirtatious woman. I also told him that I am seeing someone (which is partially true - we just went out to the bars/a few dinners, not sure what the correct term for that) and he asked, "how is he like?" I briefly described "how he's like" and he sounded uninterested after my description of him. He proceeded the conversation with more flirting. The next day, he saw me online again late at night and initiated a conversation and same thing happened, more flirting. I've known tHis guy for a year and he is reserved, respectful, seems genuinely nice, and he usually speaks very proper. So I don't know what is going on because all of a sudden he is showing me the freaky side of him. My friend said he sounds like he just wants one thing, my other friend said, he is in between me n his xgf, but I want to get more opinions. Also, some of our mutual friends said his relationship with his xgf has always been rocky. Opinions please on what I should do and what he possibly wants/thinking or an outcome to this situation.
