Hey, how was today for ya??

I had some random lingering issues come up on deck today and I spoke my mind.Capenter called to say he was coming tomorrow,I brushed off his apology and told him ,he had a deadline to finish up.
One of my sons' friends mother/parents HAS ISSUES . We don't talk. They act so puzzled as to why,they know why.Even her mother told her why. I had a long talk with a mutual friend. He told me that he laughed at them,told them he had no issue with me,must be them.I told him exactly what the issues were,basically said she'll need me before I'll need her .I told him both of them are wicked selfish.And I am not their employee.
I told son he needs to get his head out of his buttt and several reasons why it needed to come out.
And put my S.O. on pause ,he wasn't on the list this afternoon.* blows smoke off Colt 45s and sticks'em back in holsters ,for now...*And you can scratch the two obvious causes right off the list ,one I have and other I don't.
Anyone else in let me clarify that for you mode???

Besides the pounding headache, the sore feet, and the fatigue, I would say so far, so good.
Clarify mode? Well, made it clear to myself that I wasn't going to lift one single finger at work today.
There's too much work to be done at home this evening so I'll just save my strenghth for that.
Linens have to be washed, dinner has to be cooked, bathroom has to be cleaned, freshly laundered clothes have to be put away...shit! I had to make a choice. It was gonna be one or the other and certainly not both.
And this has been non stop for the past two weeks. The cleaning and discarding, and rearranging, and organizing that is.
I'll just sit here relaxing with my heels kicked off until quitting time (and finish up my chocolate bar & Root Beer).

I too have been on a cleaning bender.It's a bad one.Curtains need doing and I'm paring down.It's like I want all new stuff.
@CL ,you sound like you have everything accessible and under your fingertips where it should be.I've always tried to steer clear of a job that I had to bring work home.
Thanks. actually carpenter is now done.No more unknown people in my abode.So I can destress.
