Sorry to post twice about the same person... I just thought this may be interesting.
The guy I have been involved with that recently stopped talking to be when he got busy after being hot had just gotten out of a long-term relationship. He had dated a girl for 3 years and broken up with her two months before we started dating. He seemed genuinely over her and said he had been meaning to break up with her for a while.
Are virgos the type of people that would want to experience single-ness for a while before jumping back in a relationship? Would it take them a while to get over their past relationship?

My brother is a Virgo and I find he is perfectly happy being single...he has had girlfriends, but only one was serious...and even when they broke up he seemed unfazed.
But on the whole, Virgo men I know are happy being single until they really like someone (but they seem to really like lots of people, so maybe until they really really like someone.)

After a break up, of course we'd be sad and upset for a few days/hours/week buy afterwards, we get back in our routine and back to doing what we have to do.

a breakup usually entails a sudden change of behavior and habits, which results in a sudden cold turkey. It is the re adapting which can be interpreted as the post breakup period.
