If you could change anything about yourself....

What would it be and why?

To be able to keep my eye on the big picture, not obsess about the details so much. I do know however that the detail orientation makes virgos often successful.
I'm talking business and work-wise here.

Hmm, I guess I would choose to be a little more charming. There's a common misconception with people that I am unfriendly or snobby. In reality I'm just shy and awkward. I genuinely like to meet new people and get to know them. With a little more charm I would probably be better at socializing, which is really important for the career I want.

Funny thing about that is with Virgos, they actually execute their ideas. Improving them and nit picking the entire way, but they are often confident about those details and in implementing them. For me, I hold back even though I am a HUGE perfectionist, but I find flaws and think, "maybe it's not good enough." Thus, never dared exploring it further. This definitely stifles my growth.

I was just discussing this same issue over in the Gemini board. Social grace. When I was younger, I was such a social butterfly! But as I started chasing my dreams and career I became distant, serious, and antisocial. Now I find it so hard to engage myself in small talks with women I meet and I think this makes me come off as standoffish.

I definitely agree about the over thinking. I wish I could just escape my own body sometimes or just stop thinking all together.

It's a blessing and a curse for Mercurian people.

Yep. Iagree with the over thinking. There's a time for action, but those little mental details that must be analyzed before executed. WTF!! I'm actually working on it a whole lot for one of us. I decided on a complete career change and to move to the opposite side of the U.S. Why?? To be daring in the face of the unknown!! Wish me luck...

I wish I didn't get bored so easily by people. Because of this, I have decided to just stick with the nice ones. At least they make life easier.
