If you inspired poetry....

How would you feel? React? If someone wrote something for you, about you and shared it with you... how would Virgos generally react?
Will be sharing this post in maybe another board or two... but I was just curious as to a Virgos response, interested in male and female response but specifically male responses gratefully received 🙂

There is a song about me..from a nice Aries Guy who plays guitar in a small town band.

Well, first off..I really like people who have artistic talents..so that thing alone gets props from me. I like when people share their work with me..it doesn't matter to me if it's about me or not. I'd probably read it over and over again. It's like watching myself from the outside, through this person's eyes.

Endearing is a word that comes to mind. Even if the poem goes "Die Damnata, die die die/ When summer heat engulfs July". Just the thought and effort someone put into it..same as with presents.

I write when I am sad as a rule, it's mostly when I have to just get stuff out, so I either blog about it lol, or I write poetry... it all sounds a bit angsty but it works as catharsis for me. My TF is a Virgo and I've never shared the things I've written about him, with him. I was curious as to how he may view it.... I have 4 lots of Virgo in my chart (I have Virgo moon) and feel that I identify with a fair bit of Virgo in my habits... but Sag are philosophers anyway, so my view on poetry is probably coming from there... 🙂

I'm not sure I'd feel I ever wanted to write about someone cruelly, lol.... as poetic as dying in July might be 😉

I'd hate to die in the summer to be honest...I'd pity the undertakers with how off the smell would be.

That guy..we had a weird 3 day thing. I didn't even think the song was about me, til he told me it was. He said I should've figured it out but the only thing that I felt related to me in it was "she has brown eyes"..or something like that. Wow, dead give away there lol. Still, I appreciated it and we still talk from time to time.

I'm better with writing short stories..but I could never keep a diary. I need to be stirred to write anything so it comes and goes in bursts.

I second Damnata's description of 'endearing'. The idea that someone has taken the time and effort warms my heart strings. I used to converse regularly with a poet, so I'm sure in the far past I was sent a few chirpy lines I've since lost. For now I have a terribly romantic (& talented) boyfriend who will woo me with poetry and rhyme.
