I have wanted to visit Norway for as long as I can remember - it almost feels like a homing instinct. My Dad was blond and from the North of England so perhaps it IS a homing instinct! Beautiful pictures - thanks for sharing them. 🙂
Ok seriously might go for the last one...where are they published? Want to download one. The measurements seem correct for my bedroom wall..talk about hittin the nail on the head..been after a painting for a while now..nothing has captured me enough..
I watched a documentary on Norway yesterday. It was Joanna Lumley visiting the country to see the northern lights/Aurora..what an amazing wonder of the world that is...must see before I die..However, just looks incredibly cold..brrrrr..
You may want to watch the whole gallery, and alternatively (if you don't have a good printer) you can order a print from the same website.
If you do have a good printer then left click on full view/right click and download the image to your computer, go to your printer software, enable poster printing and chose minimum 2x2 Some clipping may occur but it is not a concern (you can mask it later).
Get some high quality photo premium sheets (it should be 2400x1200 dpi available to you by now).
And fire away, note that depending on your computer/system memory the time for printing should be anywhere between.ca. 20. min up to one hour so be patience.
I shall get it done at the printers..I love going into old printing places...too much of this digital malarky has ruined the old printers on the high street..I can just imagine an old chap standing there with his shorts and tweed jacket and trilby...awww...good ol days!..lol..hey I am not old..just like old things..
wow Q so you are exactly what it says on the tin! from Norway ... I see somebody has been honest while filling the signup form
the pictures look amazing thanks to your masterful photography skills 😉 I think somehow you made the scenes with your camera, you didn't just copy nature
Most of those are exact copy of nature, but some was intentionally been created that way to dramatizing the scenery.
Its called HDR photography.
As an example:
Normal, (kind of dull) image, and everyone with a small cam could capture it.
And the same image with HDRI technique.
🙂
I do have some degrees in scientific image analysing + photography (journalism) and as (advance amateur) landscape photographer doing this stuff to test my abilities in digital arts.
Enjoy..
Drammen fjord..! where I am living.!
