The info on fuel crises was just started, the actual post is about hating Bush and personally I think people who believe like this IS the reason Bush exists.
We make our people - we can break our people.
Whether a person likes him, or dislikes him is irrelevant. What IS relevant is that we spend our time focuses on the next candidate and what kind of person we want to run our country, instead of bitching about what we have. For, if we spend our time, our time consumed with the negativity of the Bush Administration, then we've left too little time to concentrate on cultivating the RIGHT person to take the seat next time and will make the same mistakes.
We'll rush someone into the running, knowing too little about them and will come out next office - still bitching.
Bush is there - if you know how to go back in time and change history, then by all means, save the world. If not, then shut the hell up about his flaws and put your energy and intellilect into making a REAL difference in this world.
A real difference ISN'T griping about what you don't like. A difference is making a positive plan. This is one reason why I don't like Democrats and vote Republican. It has nothing to do with the platform because we all know that CONGRESS makes law, not the President. And if you don't know that by now, then shut up before you make yourself look totally stupid. I vote Republican because of the attitude as a whole.
Democrates = bitch about what they didn't get
Republicans = make plans to secure the future
I'd rather have someone who thinks about what can be done for our children and grandchildren to make a better world, then listen to someone who only knows the details about what went wrong without the courage to make a positive change.

think about what can be done for our children and grandchildren....
SLOW THE FLOW OF FUEL!
it's up to us to do that. everything we use, eat, buy, wear, etc., etc, etc. depends on fuel. your children and grandchildren won't be able to exist if we don't start being responsible, (ourselves, not the government) for conserving any energy or resource we have now. do you love your offspring enough to do that?

There ya go SoftCookie, sounds like Pato has it right. What happened to you?
At least he has a plan, you just have a bitch - big difference. It's called accountability vs. ignorance
Congress is the governing force in the USA - CONGRESS - not the President. Again, there's a difference.
Want a plan? Alright, here's one: Quit bitching, if fuel prices are you're concerns, and start promoting, campaigning and even go to school if that is what it takes, to get the hydrogen project moving faster.
It was predicted about 4 years ago that it would take 10 years to fully develop. Bullshit, if a goal is obtainable at all, then it can be gotten quicker if more attention, money and focus is put into it. Make that 4 year plan, 5 years. Put all our engineers and scientist and whomever has the ability and knowledge to hasten the development to get this product out there ASAP.
Then, you won't need fuel - AT ALL !!!!
Do you love your offspring enough to educate yourself and put forth your energy in campaigning for a cause that will change the world? Not just slow the fuel.
However, whichever is decided about whether you care enough about your future, one thing is for sure:
CONGRESS RUNS THE UNITED STATES - NOT BUSH !!!!! He is just the fall guy.

People will, that is, if you make the cause worth standing up for.
Bitching about fuel prices is NOT worth all the racket. Why . . . because it's just a bitch and nothing more.
Put a plan in place - people will listen, then.

"Maybe you should watch FOX news"
Make up your mind, which way do you want it?
I'm not angry at you. I rarely get angry at anybody . . . irritated, frustrated, but, not angry. I know it seems that way most of the time.
I just don't like the democratic attitude towards politics, just as, a lot of people don't like the republicans. And personally, the fuel crisis doesn't even cross my mind. Unless someone else brings it up, I don't pay attention. I leave that up to my man, who pays close attention. Politics is his thing.
There's a solution, though, I'm sure of it because there's a solution to everything. And, I just don't get on well with people who only want to bitch about it instead of doing something about it. And not just politics, but, everything in this life.
Like the post about my head up my ass, that's the exact way I feel about people who want to be heard, but, have nothing to say. And unfortunately, most everything people have to say about politics is nothing valuable - that's WHY I don't watch the news, people talk, but, say nothing.
If there's a change that could be made to better our world, I'll listen and maybe even attempt to apply it in my life. But, complaining about Bush isn't solving the problem with the fuel, it's just satisfying an inner need to point a finger at someone.
Maybe he's wrong, maybe he's right - having the answer doesn't solve anything. If everyone in the whole world agreed tomorrow that Bush is absolutely at fault and there was no question in anybody's mind that this is the case - would the fuel crisis miraclously be mended by having this epiphony? No, the problem would still exist.
So, my point isn't to defend Bush, or say either of you two are wrong in your beliefs. My point is that to just bitch about how something is wrong for the sake of having a say about it, does nothing for the problem. When this happens, it actually makes the problem worse.
For then people only hear the gripe, rather than the solution. People tend to take a defensive mode much easier than an offensive one. Which position do you want people to take?
Do you have something to say, or, do you just want to be heard? If you yell loudly and indignantly, does that solve any problems, or, does it just let people know you are in the room?
Democrates strike me this way. If that's not what they are about, then tell me. I'll listen. But, if complain about historical mistakes, then I won't be able to

I won't be able to hear anything except a bitch.
Tell me a solid solution that would work, and I'll hear you.
Does that make sense?

"I do have a plan, and I am looking for more like-minded people in my area to help put it into action"
Where is your area? I know a lot of people who would probably make a stand for your cause. Most of my friends feel that same way as you do.
