Please explain the Virgo Man

I'm seeing or was seeing a Virgo male.. very confusing situation. He's b-day is 9/22 which is on the cusp of Libra. But are they usually liars or are they really sincere mostly.. I know life shapes people and their "sign" doesn't necessarily dictate who they are. But I'm really confused..

Yes.. I think he isn't being completely honest.. I did found out some things he definately lied about. But I think it was because it was an embarrasing situation

Virgos, from my experience dont generally lie...they appreciate honesty and sincerity and normally give it. Sometimes circumstances leaves people no alternative but to tell a white lie or 2 but in general? Ive not noticed any insincere Virgos in my travels.

Head in the clouds? well thats sometimes the case, keeping busy but not being busy? also something Ive noticed about them but generally speaking, they would have to be the most honest and open sign.

When you say "liar", do you mean that kind of lying, or are you referring to a different kind?

hmmm. my step father and son are actually b0rn on that date (9/22). I think that justifying whether or not someone is a 'liar' based solely upon their sign isn't going to give the best results.

everyone is capable of lying. maybe if you gave a little more info on his personality, it would be easier to figure out which way he sways the most?
