I literally told him at one point that'd I'd give him money if it would help him respond faster so I did and he never texted me back after he came and got it.

Oh Lordy I don't think this is a virgo thing! In fact I'm shocked he came back!
So imagine there's a guy he's ok but that's it just ok. He starts messaging you and you're busy and got other guys you are interested in. So you don't text to all his messages cos he's not a priority. Then he starts practically begging you to text him! He starts asking what he has to do to make you reply, you joke "pay me" next thing you know you're getting money from a relative he's passed to them!
For a girl this shit is scary and creepy and TBH he probably felt the same as a girl this happened to would!
I'd ignore him and leave with some dignity sending cranky messages is just gunna make you look totally nuts
