the answer to your question:

have good conversations with him, let him share about his life and passions...he will love that!

also, dress nice and make a strong first impression oh himm, although i'm sure you already have, otherwise he wouldn't be meeeting you (virgos are very picky when it comes to dating).

smile lots and make him feel comfortable.

don't be too clingy and seem co-dependant...big turn off.

don't be too aggressive...

stand for what you believe or think, have an opinion about something.

compliment him in little details...like his watch or writing...or ideas..

don't talk about superficial things all night...but relax and laugh when you can.

if he's interested, he'll contact you back and will look forward to see you again...play sweet and charming but a bit hard to get...which libras do really well, lol.

if you both don't seem a great match, well, you did gain a wonderful new friend who will love to bring new insights in your life.
