Taurus-Virgo in the need of your deep wisdom :(

Well I think it is the first time in my life that I felt the virgo magic.
I have been with Leos, Cancer and Aries in a rinse and repeat manner for my great frustration, untill now.
I met him in a bar, he was one of the most discreet guys in there but I felt drawn into him like a magnet. Commented it with my friends (we are pretty close and my bff is a cancer guy) and less then a minute (when I was back to my normal self)after my cancer friend went to him and told him that I had something to tell him.
He tapped my shoulder I was in awe not understanding what happened but I went outside. We barely talked I just kissed him, I couldn't help myself...
Neither of us had our phones so I told him that if he really wanted to see me again that he had to memorise my number (I was a bit to drunk), he ran home and texted me 20 minutes later saying: I got it! We should hang out soonsmile
He is not much of a texter (even though I feel like I want to text him all the time just to keep contact I carry on with my life and wait) or that good at keeping contact but when we are together it is amazing!
He took to me dinner twice, I couldn't help myself and slept with him the first night for some reason I was completely at ease, no embarrassment, no shyness, nothing, everything felt natural and smooth.
How should I pursue this relatioship? We are both very successfull at work, cultured and well travelled but, I am not from the same country and English is not my first (or second for that matter) language.
I have no idea of what to do...
He is a september 11 78 virgo.

I am phone shy (I always think that my accent isn't good enough) so we don't comunicate much except to setup where and when he is going to take me out.
I don't know if there are real obstacles or if I am creating them. Just the fact that dating in europe and in the US is so different kinda scares me.
LOL hot! I am pretty confident myself, I like to keep my body extremely fit with a bit of meat in the right places and my unusual face and eyes usually also work well.
I think he was shocked with the first dinner, he probably thought that I was gonna dress up like crazy and I just present myself casual (my casual is very groomed though). He kept saying how cute I was (and later on something about sexy and cute is not a myth?!).

well, I wasn't fully honest on my post.
I never meet people looking for relationships, I meet people because it is fun, it eases down the lustfull me and specially because I always learn something, I really treasure that.
Sometimes my flings just turn into something else. I am not a relationship person, but when I am in one I give my self completely, and they are never short term. I always break up in good terms and we always stay friends.
I just want to learn more from him, he is fascinating!

sorry, I explained before, something got lost in translation, for us relationship does not mean bf and gf at all (it goes from hook up, get together, dating, marriage, wtv) what I meant was in terms of compatibility how easy is it to just enjoy it without having to put labbles to it and to just take it as it comes.
(The whole dating thing in the US is just a black box for me, even more with a type of person that never crossed my life, aries, leos and cancer are just easy to read, not this one)

I was just surprised, when I was sneaking out the first night he woke up stashed my clothes under his bed and pulled me back into bed, he said: so I will have to be awake so you don't leave? we talked for 4 hours, untill I fell asleep, when I woke up he wasn't there so I ran arround to get my shit together and GTFO but he came back with breakfeast for me (we ended up skipping work that morning)
