Is OBSOLETE!
To me at least....
With the advent of the internet I find it hard to sit behind a preprogramed list of television shows. The internet is just infinitely better.
Long before I became a computer junkie, I found myself thoroughly disinterested in the nonsense on the tele anyway. Unless it was educational [History, National Geographic, Discovery Channel] or tech/game related [G4tv] I could'nt be bothered.
What say you?
Last time i faithfully watched tv must have been around 2001.. smile
if I by chance pass by the tv at home and find something interesting ..I buy the dvd..
it is the age of media convergence for ya.
i think tv is still important as a tradition, mostly..
Definitely a History channel nerd. Discovery channel. Science channel. Some Spike TV. Family guy. I watch too many movies (Collection of over 300 dvd's & blu-rays). Love YouTube and checking my subscriptions. I will agree with you that I don't follow too much TV, except for Smallville. Every Friday I'm there!!!!
TV has sucked for years now. Too much drama and 'reality'. It all feels like it's been recycled one too many times. There's only a handful of things I would even bother to watch. Dexter and Spartacus to name my top two.

Yeah, I follow Smallville. It's so much easier to download after though and in hi def. We don't get much hi def stuff here.
Stargate SG1, Heroes, Smallville, MythBusters are stuff I used to watch.
Everyone keeps telling me about Dexter and Spartacus though Tongue
What is a television?
I feel the same way to i'm always on youtube or something online I hate comer shows looking at things on the internet helps me see what I want to see. But I really hate how they are trying to force comer shows on us on the internet now, but their other people who post things up with out them thank god.
Most shows can be recorded now anyway...but then, wouldn't want to miss "Hawaii Five O", now, would we? And I want that silver camaro..
Dexter and Spartacus are very good shows. If I want to watch something it's usually on Netflix here on the comp. Regular programming blows.
^^Lol^^ I see what you mean!

Hi CM...it is Alex and the blonde guy is Scott Caan (James Caan's son). The other guy was on Lost I think. Its Hawaii Five-0...a new series remade from a series in the 70's. But totally cool!

Exactly! I don't even have a TV. It's funny to see someone's face when you tell him that you don't. Internet rules. and I do listen to the radio or read a newspaper once in a while.
