So far in my experience they are hot and cold. Mine is mainly cold but has been known to randomly nuzzle me in public, hug me or randomly kiss my cheek or head or rest on my shoulder. Virgo men mainly use their actions rather than words but since they take their time with love things might look a little cold from another signs perspective. This is all my experience and what I have read online and from other Virgos. They can be a little confusing on their emotions and don't openly display them but when they do enjoy it 
I think I described more of the Mercury in a Virgo, not sure about the Venus.... sorry!

Venus in Virgo is really sweet.. I had a ViV other and once, I hugged him good bye and he gently laid his head on mine. He usually doesn't show affection like that, and the fact that he felt like it was safe to do so meant he felt like he could trust me. It's the little things that matter.
They like to do activities that benefit your health or is helpful. My ViV other wanted to work out and study together. He also wanted to work together at an airport. My ViV friend likes to bring me to help her go shopping or pick out clothes for her boyfriend.click to expand
Being a Venus in Virgo I'm very critical of the people I love. Sometimes it's negatively interpreted, but for the most part it's to help them reach their max potential. I do a lot for the people I care about so I expect a lot in return.

Yes, we are unforgiving if you disrespect us... We are an earth sign, so we do love sex, are far more sensual than depicted but only if the connection is there. We don't wantonly sleep around, so yeah we are picky. We are also loyal and feel emotions deeply, but we appear cold because we don't want to give ourselves & our emotions away to be callously manipulated... we appear stoic.

@enochthewise you're so right about the commitment issue. Lmao yes married with kids 8 years in and we're still thinking there's a better match out there SMH. I hate it. Very unforgiving. I will exclude you from my life. And if I'm forced to interact with you because of work or family then I will behave cordially but oh i ain't forgot shit.

How do you know they will "eventually" make up their mind? Once in awhile they revert back to this "still deciding" mode if really pissed off. Which basically means they will never be loyal it's probably best just to have a fling with people with this placement don't take them seriously.

I personally think thats a load of bullshit. Im an air sign that has venus in virgo and yet ive never had a wandering eye so to speak or ever wandered what else might be out there when with someone. i become totally and unequivocally devoted to my partner.
