virgo and drug use?
I like to drink but i only drink at partys.. i feel more at ease and myself....bc we don't like crowds and that stuff helps us calm down...
I am not sure about (drugs) since you are not specific about the (kind of) but usage of alcoholic beverage (by anyone and not particularly Virgos) is to reduce the tensions in any given situations.
There are lot of things causing stress in our societies and there are lot of souls out there who cannot deal properly with it.

Easy some kind of messed up chart.
The Virgos I know who smoke either have some kind of clinical problem or Ascendent in a wild sign.
The two I know one has depression and some kind of personality disorder and the other a Sagittarius ascendant.
Me, all I do is drink and that is sparingly.
Alcohol really does help me enjoy crowd settings which I typically detest, ala what virgoking said.

every virgo i have ever known has gotten into drinking/drug use at some point in their life. some have other issues, some didn't have a reason at all.
most of the ones i know were a lot like me... they didn't turn to it as a means of escapism, they did it out of pure curiosity. what's funnier is that a few actually did their research on the drugs they've tried so they knew what they were getting into.

American scotch whiskey is soooo different from Scotland's.
The 2 virgo's I know like to drink.... alot. One is Irish, the other a true blue Southern boy. The southern boy likes to smoke pot, although I smoke way more than him. He's a bit of a pill head, though, and that's what I don't like. I know that he has used harder stuff, and then there are times when he doesn't even want one beer......
I have noticed that around social settings is when he will "go all out". I suspected it was because he was shy in a crowded situation..... now I know it's because of that.

I think drugs can break a fourth wall.... I've done some stuff that has made me feel really goo and has really put me in a very good frame of mind and has allowed me to think freely. IT can be some very spiritual stuff..... like how the ancient natives used psychedelics as a form of receiving guidance from the gods. I'm not adverse to it, I just don't think it should be abused all the time...... There is a difference between using and abusing.
My virgo co-worker is quite a heavy drinker and pot smoker...though his close mates have told me that he has ADHD and smoking weed is like self-medicating or something along those lines. It calms his mind down.
He is trying to cut right back on the pot smoking but as a result is drinking far more to compensate and has done the more harder drugs. He is from manchester so.....😛

I can only speak for myself. Unfortunately, I am a virgo sun with sagittarius rising who knows how to party. It's going to kill me and I am well aware of this fact.

When they refuse to honor true emotions ... Thinking a lot will cause one to seek ways to slow the mind down... Prescription pills ...etc ... Which usually gets them addicted ... If you can slow the mind... Which is also a form of overindulgence ... And balance this with emotions .... Drug use would not be necessary ... However ... You need some serious luck with that!!! Virgos love the mental ... Very strategic ... It's actually a true hindrance ... The mind can be full of ego eventually if you choose to operate from the mind... We do have other key points in the body ... Most importantly the heart ... You use too much mental you will destroy the soul .. The heart ... Boom ! Overdose ....

That's when you live from the heart ... The soul... The heart holds creativity... It makes you enjoy.. Live... Dance and heck .. It gives you literally life ... When you do not do this... It will cause pain which forces one to pop a pain pill or whatever your vice to numb the pain... Ignoring the heart will cause so many problems and overindulgence .addictions and host of other problems.. And will give high blood pressure etc... Can fester into deadly diseases as well like cancer etc ... Live from the mind you plan and miss the fun that comes from the heart... Your true source of love and fun... This has and is killing many ...
