Virgo and Scorpio

I have a very close friend whose a Virgo and hes very cautious and I've never known him to rush into anything but he met this scorpio girl (who I dislike but I'll not go into that now)and he just told me they got engaged but they've only been together a few months.

I was just wondering if any of you have experience of a virgo/scorpio relationship and how well they work.

I know that in theory it should work. Maybe I just don't like her much and I'm being biased.

I can see why he(virgo)likes her though.Shes like the opposite of him in a lot of ways. He has social anxiety and shes a complete party girl, really sociable. I'm just not keen on how she acts though.Shes 21 and hes 25 and she just takes loads of time off work to make out with him.She doens't even really lie about what shes doing...she just goes "I don't feel like working right now" and goes and stands outside and makes out with him infront of everyone. I feel liek shes showing him off and he'll do anything for her so shes taking control over him.

This is all just probably my paranoia cause hes one of my best friends and hes the single nicest person I've ever met.I'm not kidding.

Brahn is pretty much right on the mark with Virgo/Scorpio. I am a Scorpio and my SO is Virgo -
We don't seem to have too much of a problem - we compliment each other pretty good. And learn from each other. I like his logical methods about things and he likes my openess and yes emotional side. We seem to bring something different to the mix even tho' our thought patterns are similar. It's a good match if Scorpio learns and allows Virgo to bring a leveling force to them. And that Scorpio can teach Virgo to lighten up - Virgos look at the literal surface of things - but Scorpio will bring a degree of depth to Virgo. It is not a combination that is riddled with conflict as Scorpio will gently smile at Virgos attempt to take charge, also, Virgo is not really afraid of Scorpio - he's curious and is brave enough to step up and try to pull the insructable mask to see what's underneath.

The Virgo that I see we have known each other almost eight years - we have been together almost four. It is a friendship based relationship....
and sexually it clicks also. Scorpios passion is what Virgo would like for himself. So that Virgo is in pretty good hands with a Scorpio - if she is mature and evolved. She will teach him and he will love to teach her.

i myself have seen scorpio showing us off (feel very embrassed) and manipulating and taking control of everything (Grr..grrr....grrrrrr...growl..gr...grr). we'll feel like a pawn in a game.
Look he must love her very much to go along with all this. for him being a slave to someone he loves must be ok. since ultimately a slave become his master's master. (i have let u in on a big secret) (dont know if i should say these things soo openly!!!!!). He must be quite deep in this for him to ignore all negatives and go along with her.

"got engaged within a few months" - that must be due to scorpio pressure. but i am sure he's going along because he wants to.

Another thing i have noticed is that- the more other women/girls like the guy the more effort this woman will take to go after him. chasing the rest away. jealously guarding and making him hers alone, completely.
And that usually includes girl friends/sister/mothers etc. 🙂 not necessarily in that order. Dont know if this is a general womanly trait or scorpio woman's battle trait.

Since he's a virgo he might have sides to him that u wouldnt have seen.

Recommendations:
If ur sure/definite that she's got a bad side to her then in my opinion u should tell ur friend immediately. else let nature take its course. ur friend surely is not dumb. but if i were him i would love some advice from my lovely cancerkitten. 🙂

Bah,I don't like those chicks and am a scorpio but do have leo mars and sag venus so I hate recieving that crap.

Don't associate all scorpios with the negative ones you have met,this girls young and the only thing to take note of is they are moving too fast and slacking off in working when they supposedly want to get married-they are going to need money to get amrried.

A Scorpio woman normally finds Virgo - cold and limited at first. What she sees in him is his reluctance to let go of his feelings - Miss Scorpio goes to work trying to unfreeze him - and normally it works. Something about a Scorpio period, being ruled by Pluto. No,pointing out theres other aspects to someone that makes them not like thier sign at all really,im mostly fire and earth with only scorp in sun and I think uranus so not normal I guess in terms of scorps.🙂
Yeah,about the love is blind thing,they should probably slow down,dunno I guess if someone wants to talk about a virgo being abused I could with more info,a male virgo just kicked out his wife yesterday for trying to have him wait on her hand and foot.Also has a kid he's pretty well sure isn't his,eyc.,etc. so not seeing much in this compared to what it could be.

If I have a chance to do over, I would want to build the relationship more firmly with friendship for over 8 months before hitting the steady stage with a Scorpio.

Broken Hearted - I beg to differ with you. I am a Scorpio and have been with a Virgo for almost four years now. One thing you mentioned and I do agree with you - this pair(virgo&scorpio) will not run or rush head long into each other's arms. Both are very cautious about love and do not trust easily. Age may also play a factor with this potent combination. With the Virgo that I see he is almost 59 and I am 55. It is best for this pair to become friends first.(We were for the first five years - (we have known each other for almost eight years now) Both have a lot to learn from the other. Virgo will temper Scorpios need to sulk and become moody - and Scorpio will show Virgo more depth to their feelings. Over all it ranks about four stars - with adjustments to be made on both sides. There is a strong bond with these two - simply both are dedicated to work and family and also are serious about love. This is a pair where they both learn from each other. Virgo will also ground Scorpio and Scorpio will appreciate Virgo's practical nature. This is also a pairing that will not be riddled with a lot of conflict - Virgo is astute enough to step back and Scorpio will not want to rock the boat too much either. The virgo that I know is not too bad we have never had an arguement - that has resulted in us going our seperate way - we have disagreed - but it seemed to work out. Not to sound mean, but you sound as if you are "hating", and as if you like him yourself. Don't be mad because a scorpio woman has him 🙂 My man is a virgo also and the signs just mesh together well. If he is your friend you should be happy for him, he's the one that has to live with her, not you.
