#1. If this question goes back to what you posted earlier-- then this post expalins why your husband is uncomfortable.

#2. This "other" guy, who asked for something sexual, he's interested in having sex. So, since you've already said that you don't cheat, then make it clear to him that all you want is a friendship. If he doesn't respect that, then he's not a friend and you gotta drop him like a bad habit.
