Virgos and Virgo moons help plz!

hey guys, im just dropping by because i really wanted someone to take a look at my chart.
I recently got in a tiff with one of my friends, she told me that i am controlling, judgemental, an overanalyzer, critical, i think that im so perfect. all of this stuck out to me because these are typical virgo traits. and that is not the first time i have been told this by someone, alot of ppl in my life feel as though im too hard on them, when i am really trying to help them. funny thing is i dislike everything that ive read abt virgos( prob a form of self hatred lol), but i have never met a virgo that i didnt like or didnt get along with really well? can someone with a similar chart or possibly a virgo give me some tips on how to keep this "perfectionist" obession at bay or maybe give me some tips on how not to offend my friends, its only my friends i tend to offend, prob bcuz i care about them the most. its also affected my love life because everyone feels as though they cant reach my high expectations. im sure my cap sun and leo moon doesnt help. honestly im just a very strong woman,who has very high expections for the ppl in my life because i set high expectations for myself as a friend, girlfriend, and daughter. i am there for my loved ones, and sometimes my being there is confused by my trying to be controlling. its something that i dont think i can help, but i honestly feel like its ruining my relationships and since im the common denominator, i must be the problem.
take a look at my chart plz....is it all in my head or could it really be all this 6th house energy. i find it funny that i have so much 6th house energy but no virgo placements at all.

You dont need any help, you're getting all kinds of help right now since you're going through a Jupiter return (lucky lucky times!) Jupiter is currently at 20 degrees Aries, which is exactly what your natal Jupiter is at, so instead of worrying about things, sit back and enjoy. The only downside of a Jupter return is probably the tendency to proselitize/preach and having a bit of an over-inflated ego. Take it easy.
