Virgo's true ruling Planet - Vulcan

Anyone heard of this before? Aside from Mercury being Virgo's ruling planet for now as said by astrologer, and later Vulcan will be discovered, Linda Goodman talks about this in her "Love Signs": Virgo + Virgo section, what else do you all know?
I'm not sure, but I've always been curious as to what Linda Goodman means by Vulcan will be discovered soon as Virgo's true ruling planet. I've seen pictures of the planet while looking it up on the Web, but nothing about it being the Virgo true ruler. Well, not yet. As for the sign having two rulers, that wasn't the case from what Goodman says.

It's Pisces and Scorpio.
Yep,scorps have pluto/mars and pisces has neptune/jupiter.
and aquarius is ruled by uranus and saturn
yes, I have actually heard that Vulcan rules virgo, and I think of what effects it could have on the sign, Virgo; interesting, and fresh....
Yes, I've heard this before. Mr. Spock is the Type A Virgoen.
What is a Type A Virgoan???
I heard that possibly, Virgo could be ruled by uranus, the planet of change. It would fit being the Virgo is of muteable quality, and is adept at dealing with change. think, virgo ruling uranus, anyone think it possible? (it is possible for a planet to influence two planets also).
well it is, and being that it is the planet of creation, isn't change necessary and influential in it's being? and saturn is the planet of destruction, and restriction.
Hi All,
From what I understand, Mercury is a foster ruler of Virgo. Vulcan, the planet that is yet to be discovered, it supposed to be Virgo's true ruler. The new planet discovered, I think the name is UB13 or something like that . . . there's speculation on whether or not this is "Vulcan." The rub is whether the planet is found or not, shouldn't the powers of that planet still express itself.
Think of person allergic to dogs. Just because a person walks in the house and the dog isn't visible, doesn't mean that person won't still experience the effects of said dog. It seems odd that a planet's expression is only accenuated when it's discovered.
At the same time, Virgos don't really act like Gemini's so to have the same planetary ruler is a bit misplaced. Perhaps Vulcan's effect is evident absent site.

VSquared,
I read something similar about the invisibility of Vulcan. Does anyone remember the episode "Amouk Time" when Spock's 7 year mating cycle kicks in? He suffers from a condition called Pon Farr. It's the condition that creates the desire in Vulcan's to mate. They start to lose emotional control and behave erractically. . The Vulcan telepathic mating bond draws mated couples irresistibly together. If they can't get their groove on with their intended they get wiggy! I have to say, I seen human Virgos go through that cycle.

LOL
Yeah, I'm a huge Star Trek Geek. It doesn't quite draw Vulcans together though, since Pon Farr doesn't occur in Vulcans at the same time. Often this is a time of strife since Vulcans can actually die if they're unable to purge the mating cycle through combat or, dirty, dirty alien sex LOL.
Never went through that cycle lol . . .at least not every 7 years Winking

Mercury is fine; it is your oppinion but I find something striking, and resonante with my own personality; I like Uranus, such a mysterious, and powerful planet...Uranus is the planet of innovation, and new thinking, and style s of expression
this just seems more up my alley than most Virgos, but fine if it's not who cares? I can dream can't I?
*stares a Uranus from mind*
