why do we fight over insignificant things like money, land, power status and greed and kill and hurt others i wouldn't be able to live with myself if i killed another human being

How come we can't all love one another and live in peace and harmony

I ask myself these things everyday

I know good and evil is real but i believe one day the world will be peaceful one day

it all comes down to food that is why people are so greedy. people kill for land to grow crops we try to get money for food. if u look the crazy countrys r the ones with out food. in star trek they have a machine that can make any food out of thin air. if we could have this i think world peace would happen.

Power, Greed and Selfishness.

You must remember, not everyone is a Virgo who likes to serve others, is not greedy or consumed by lust for power.

The other signs have these kinds of tendencies.

Evil is real, it is what makes doing good shine so much.

We need bad things and we need freedom of choice, to truly appreciate doing what is right.

The simplest of lyrics, "Pleasure would'nt be so good, if it were not for pain"
The duality of ying and yang.

I think about this from time to time. But in my opionion it all boils down to self-esteem and fear.

If contries and thier leaders were not so paranoid and insecure, they would not have to feel the need to fight/defend themseslves from other people, and instead just would just live and enjoy the bounty that God has provided us.

I belive that when we are in alignment with God (or whomever/whatever you belive in), you have no reason to hate or give out any negativity. I think God intended us to lead happy, futilling lives, and when our faith has waiverd, we

allow negativity to creep in and then all of those feelings of "i gotta protect myself from evil, gotta get my bombs and weapons up" will start to take over...

I'm not saying to go blindly into the world, i also think that a higher power communicates to us thru our concsious and gut instincts (i belive that is why they are there).

But i do wish we could all get along peacfully like a big family, equally there for one-another and sharing the love...

I think all of us humans beings have the potential to be very good or very bad, regardless of sign, age, race, gender, nationality, political party, and place in power.

The problem with evil is that we are born in a fallen world composed by human beings, who in nature are not completely selfless, completely given, completely perfect...if that would be the case then harmony and peace would have existed long ago...but for as long as we go guided by our own human wishes, limited understanding, and limited experience we will fall short of perfection.

Harmony and peace are state that require outside intervention or intrinsic change that isnt from us.

Even if we do achieve world peace one, in my opinion, it will be only a temporal one. We simple arent creatures with pergect reasoning or understanding...let alone perfected desires to do permanent and forever lasting good on our own.

So we fight the good fight, in my opiniong, not only with the world outside of us and people in power but also with ourselves and our human nature.

One day things will be good and lasting, but not here, until then I think what we can do is give as much of us as possible to bring truth, fight evil, and share the type of love that is real...understanding who we are, our qualities and limitations so that our hearts can be also find some bigger truth outside of us.
