whom you thought was your friend, has started emailing every little issue that arises to you AND your boss, what are your thoughts? And, what does one do about it?
These are things that occur on a regular basis at that that are normally handled/looked into by myself to rectify or determine if an error really even exists (usually not, but is being pointed out in the emails as one before it is ever even looked into). She has only started doing this since she came on full time.
And, this morning, when I got in, she was IMMEDIATELY in my office explaining herself as to what the problem was - HER problem and ineptness! (never mentioned why she email the boss about about it indicating somehow it was me who dropped the ball - my email in response to hers last night was that it was self explanatory!).
Be aware, she's trying to make herself look good over you in the bosse's eyes. She's dangerous....
Yeah i agree with that assessment.
I know people that are like that...but remember this most bosses judge on the end result- production number- and may not like all these pettiness your coworker is bring the his/her attention
