Do you really think?

I never said it would be easy to give me your deeply wounded heart,You think your the only one who is skeptical of "true" love,that maybe it is a farce.You think a woman has never came along and shredded my soul apart.Are we going to keep playing this game where i fight the hurt men have given you in order for a fair shake and a fresh start.
Do you want to remain dry?,hide in solitude safe and alone with your trusty umbrella to keep you protected in the stormy weather.Or do you wanna get wet and lost with me,hold my hand and rejoice in the rain together.Do we just keep wasting precious time on our past scars,or do we stop wasting fate and start making memories to remember? I could only accompany you on the hunt,it is up to you to find the treasure.I am far from perfect,I will at times cause you pain backed up with a sincere vow of pleasure.So does the knot get tied or does the rope get severed.Can not promise you much,or offer you a lot,all i got is forever.Thankfully young lady you have choices,you could go with your heart and say now,or you could go with your skepticism and say never....

Thank you, I think we all shine in our own way. Writing comes from the heart. I simply feel a strong emotion and out it comes. I have to strike when the iron is hot though, or phrases and so on fall apart like a spiders web in the sun.
