Father,

I don't know you that well

Haven't done love for you that well

You have been swimming alone, haven't you?

In the ocean I will never enter

I see you

By God. Holding onto something.

Trying to make a deal to buy your way to heaven.

Dad, I hope you will seal that deal.

And take me with you much later on.

I'm rooting for you.

Even from so far distance.

Even without the need to ever be with you.

Can I count on you in the end?

No?

Then very well thank you.

You have been teaching me how to count on myself.

Dad, are you listening to me?

No?

Then very well thank you.

You have been teaching me to listen to myself.

This is one way.

And there is another.

To still love you.

No matter what.
