I'm a Capqua
What is the best way to communicate disappointments and fears to you?
If their mercury's in Cap I suggest being blunt with them. Try and keep emotive words out of it and keep things logical and appeal to the need for reason. Dragging emotions through it might be viewed as some form of emotional blackmail so it's pretty sensitive.
Be straight to the point and notably about how you personally feel without dragging too much of what the cap/aqua person's doing. Sugarcoating anything will probably be viewed as an insult for absurd reasons like "You think I can't handle it?"
That's just my perspective though. We do have a heart but you probably won't get anywhere if you're trying to approach it emotionally. And the advice it relative to your situation and a very general advice based on the assumption you and this person are close like good friends calibre or a potential partner.

I can so relate to this. Im 00 degrees aquarius, and I would feel so respected if someone approached me this way, versus an emotional approach!!
