Tell me about your experiences with Taurus guys who talk big game lol

I just have a Taurus guy friend from Cali and I'm in a different country. But anyway, we were just catching up by text after not talking for over a year.

And it was all fine, then he said "when you going to come out to California?"

And I said "haha not anytime soon" and he said "I'll fly you out, come visit me".

Big game talk, of course, not taking it serious. But it just makes him sound weird. He's said the same before literally 3 years ago before we stopped talking the next year because life schedules got in the way of our contact 😆 so I know he's just weird like this. Also I know he's not big money either, not yet anyway cause last I knew, he was still living with his mother. He travels for work these days so maybe things have changed.

Literally earlier in our text convo yesterday, he was talking to me about how he got Covid from making out with a girl he met at a museum?

Talk about irresponsible too. And it gives me a player vibe from him. I've always had that vibe from him every time we text, and what he posts on his stories. Womaniser. I don't think all Taurus guys are like this, but yikes.

Cause it's obvious from what I've seen that he's a huge player and womanizer, and how we only just started catching up on text after not talking at all since 2019. How would you feel if an womanizing acquaintance just randomly catched up with you after almost 2 years of no contact and says they'll fly you out to their country? And the fact he's obviously irresponsible. No thank you, I'm worth more than all that crap lol maybe his offer would entice someone else, but certainly not me. I'm chill with being his friend, but asking me to do this has obvious sexual implications if I went ahead. It's like the long version of Netflix and Chill. I should mention, I'm not into casual flings, one night stands etc.

No, we started talking in 2018, very brief for like a month and just general commenting on each others posts, not regular texting. Then we stopped talking or interacting in 2019. So nothing in 2020 or 2021 until now. Now this week is when we finally started talking and catching up through small talk. It's not consistent contact at all. For me, that's weird to just show up and ask me to be flown out there all of a sudden lol and he's a player and womanizer, I hate associating with players on a close level. But he's not a mean dude, so I'm fine with the small talk texting that we do. It's not a reason to cut him off completely.

It's fine if you don't understand where I'm coming from, I'm not asking you to, my reasons are valid to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you don't like this post, just stop responding.

But can you really just be friends with him? I’ve tried being friends with a Taurus that I also knew was a total player but great friend. Once he felt more… he screwed it all up. It was all or nothing for him and he made sure those were my only choices. Friendship was out of the list.

Definitely agree with you on that one. I'm looking at Scorpios, Leos, Aries and Geminis with that one for my experiences.

It's taken me meeting non toxic and genuinely kind people of each of those signs to start believing that each zodiac sign really does just have it's positive and toxic apples out there. And I'm finally healing myself from my wounds since mid 2020 till now. Healing my initial resentment of those zodiac signs lool

I think it's easy to get sucked into the mentality that once you find out the zodiac sign of the person who f*cked you over, you assume all people in that sign are like that. But that's not true at all.
