...just curious if anyone has ever had this, and what you did/how long it took for it to heal....have had cortisone shots, custom made orthotic inserts for my shoes, etc....nothing is really making the pain go away unless I completely lay off of it, but then it comes right back if I try to do even some light jogging....
Stretch the calf muscles all the time. Literally. And invest in insoles.
I mean to say, that engaging in sex is about pleasure. Whether to please him, yourself, or the lot of ya, it's self serving.

Sex is primal. Without love it's animalistic and damn near self serving. Not to say sex cannot be animalistic when you love someone but let's face it, sex is primal.
