Linda Goodman's view is interesting, but not totally valid for all scoprio women. When I say our challenge is to balance our yin and yang, it really stems from heavy mars influences in many scorpio women's charts. I personally have sagittarius in mars, so I may have a softer more free flowing edge, but that's what I meant. Some women have a different balance of yin and yang and those are virgo women. Which is why so many of them are successful in male dominated fields. They are not guided by their emotions. This is good for professional success, but may hinder their love relationships. Can't have it all.. Have a good one.

I have a lot to do today - but I wanted to leave you with a little food for thought. You mentioned that none of the figures that SIL mentioned had souls - I beg to differ, rather than defend these women, I encourage you to read up on one or two of these women and their contributions, then look up Thomas Moore, Carl Jung, or Toni Morrison, Cornell West (if you want to go that deep)etc., for works on the Soul and then come back to us on whether or not you still agree with your current view.
You see our "Souls" are extremely intricate and enormous guiding forces of our existance in this world and how we function it it. Powerful leaders have made monumental decisions that have changed the course our our history and shaped our current world view because of their "Souls". If you are concerned at all about contributing to the growth and knowledge of your time on such issues, please expand your mind in these areas. I won't apologize for the stance I have taken here, because dispite my flaws, I try to be morally, politically and socially responsible. Still luv ya "bling"... Happy reading.

This is not a getup however, there is a femininity and sensitivity that is pronounced in me, but I have backbone at the same time. This is the conflict that scoprio women struggle with. I have to share this story with you - it's so sweet. I was out doing some light gardening yesterday when I got out of work. It was so warm out and I was beginning to get thirsty so I stoped what I was doing to go in the house for water. Wouldn't you know this beautiful butterfly fluttered around me for a few seconds, I stood very still, because we all know how lucky we are and how special it is to have one of these creatures come near you.
Well, this lovely thing landed right on my hip and would not move. It was such a good feeling. Of course I was roasting from the sun and my perperation was out of control, but I stood still until she was ready to take off. When she did release me, she fluttered around me again as if she wanted to be sure that her presence was felt. So cool
