Sun in gemini; libra ascendant; venus in taurus; venus in 8th house; moon, mercury, mars, midheaven, lillith and eros in cancer

Been wanting to figure this out for some time now.. My ascendant is in libra..chart is basically venus ruled and my venus is placed in taurus.
Would this make my venus conjunct my ascendant since both signs are ruled by venus.
