If a Taurus stops texting you and isn't even replying at all I am going to say he is uninterested. If it happened maybe twice and you initiated conversation in those times and he was instantly replying then maybe he was busy or had something else going on. But normally if a Taurus guy is interested he wants to see you all the time, text you all the time, you will KNOW he is interested. I would move on honestly.
First mistake, if a Taurus man tries to initiate sex with you and you lie and say your on your period and you don't give him at least something he most likely will go try to find sex elsewhere. Taurus men are very sexual and when they want to be pleased you better please them! Taurus men will disappear frequently and either they are just focuses on themselves maybe a job (or hanging out with friends) or there is someone else in the picture.
If a Taurus man wants you and sees a future with you he will make it very obvious. They are not afraid to tell you how they feel, it seems to me like he's some what put you on the back burner and is maybe seeing what else is out there or trying to feed his sexual appetite.

I would leave him alone, and let him be mad and immature. I am a Taurus and if a guy did that to me I would leave them in a heartbeat. Mind games are so unnecessary, and he seems rather childish. But if you don't mind putting up with that, then that's on you. I would leave him alone and let him cool off and when he's ready if he wants to be with you he'll come back. He wants you to baby him and give him attention if he's rising Leo then that's definitely what he's waiting for... So if you want to give into his immaturity tell him your sorry and stroke his ego a bit then he should be fine. Good luck xx

Well being an hour and a half late doesn't seem unintentional to me, it's kind of rude. Would you be mad or upset if someone did that to you?
Taurus men love to dwell in the past when they have memories of someone. I don't know but they love the feeling of nostalgia and trying to relive the past. Leave him alone, he knows you exist he knows you are there. Let him do his thing, you don't want to appear desperate. Don't let him know you want to talk to him be casual and cool. Whenever he is ready to talk to you he will. With Taurus men you never know their true intentions because they are so calm and collective. It depends on the situation and the person honestly. Some times you get the Taurus that will do something they should not do and then they deny deny and deny and keep it to themselves and you will never see any signs of guilt. Then there are the ones that know they did something wrong and will keep it to themselves for awhile and they might start acting a little out of character... then when they're ready the will talk to you about the situation. But ultimately it depends on the person and situation.

Yeah Taurus' do not like someone who is persistent although you may not mean anything by it. He could come to the conclusion that you are clingy although that is not your true intention! He could take it as well I already have this girl she's so into me. Try to remain distant, they want what they feel they can't have
She could just be being nice to you because she feels bad. I would not even give this girl the time of day honestly. If she pretends that you do not even exist, I wouldn't even try to say hi look at her anything. It's just disrespectful, I would just go to work and do your thing and pretend she is transparent!
