well i hope you all feel better.

there are many ways you can help yourself...



1) Go to the gym, work out, or if you don't have a membership to the gym and can't afford, go running, and biking.

2) Eat healthier foods.

3) find a passion you love.

for example, do you like to garden?

do you like to cook?

Set up a cooking channel on youtube. Or gardening, or making healthy treats.

Maybe share to the world something that is unusual and fun to do,

4) Travel to places.

dont need to go out to expensive places, but maybe use your car and drive somehwere, take a friend or a family member you are comfortable with.

put aside some money for something special to do.
Depression is more than just feeling sad hence why they recommend going to therapist. It is also about changing ur mindset . But I do think depression comes in when you suppress all ur emotion n not allow urself to b vulnerable coz of past hurt. I thin the Aqua is suffering too . He doesn't wanna express too much but I know he can b depressed. It's worst when u try to ignore the feeling instead of just letting it out through crying singing music and arts. It's hard being a man, they were told their whole lift to toughen up n all. Even harder for an Aqua with lots of Pisces placement. Right now I'm encouraging to b a lot more vulnerable. He's getting better yesterday he said he's ok rather than say he's good when he isn't hahahaha. It's a small step... but I think Aqua will suffer more because they think u shud not have sad feelings. Again depend on the moon. But I have Aqua moon so I get their mind set. God learning to become vulnerable is something else. I can finally be free .

Being aloof helps me not to feel down. When I'm in the beginning of a depression spurt I quickly change direction, do something go somewhere shake my life up before I fall into the abyss of depression lol
Yeah but u shud not try to run from it. You need to let ur self feeling crap for a few days and do something to heal and releas those pain. Writing it all, painting, arts whatever but don't go out suppress those feelings. It will only get worst coz u spend too much time trying to run from it !

Ah my dear lisabeth so naive but true nonetheless it can help someone but not all. I'll record something so that maybe those interested will listen because a) if they are interested they are probably wanting some answers or b) it proves my point about not talking about it
